@@finalwarning7263 ultimately its based on a bunch of things. How long you've been driving commercially, type of vehicle, amount of coverage, number of accidents/tickets in the past, etc etc etc. $613 seems high but it's also a cost of doing business.
you gotta count the fuel, you can spend easily 50-100$ a day. lets call it 75$. thats for 6 days. thats 450$. your 1100 per week minus that 450 is about $650 profit per week. not too good is it? you need a truck, cant do it without it, oh and what about the dumpster. i see why you didnt put the truck and fuel cost. 1100 per week is about 4400 per month minus 1800 for fuel and about 800 for truck. so that 4400-2600. leaves you with 1800 per month. or about $450 a week. at least you being honest. love your vids. i’m learning a lot from you
Bro I wanna start my own dumpster business I’m 18 working in construction working hard and I want money to work for me if you know what I mean how can I start my own dumpster business?
Is there any way to do this business remotely? I'm outside states can i hire someone who can take care of the dumpster and drop it off to the location or is there any place where i can park the dumpster
I've been wishy washy about getting into the dumpster game for a bit, maybe 2 or 3 years, just as more of a side hustle to help me build up money to buy my first semi truck, i want to own a fleet of semi's, and who knows, if the dumpster game in my area is good enough, keep running dumpsters too. my only worry right now is, i'm thing about pulling the trigger on a dump trailer, but i have an F150.... i'm like fuck, this f150 is old, it was my first truck, i've had it almost 10 years, should i tow a dump trailer with this shit until it inevitably blows up, or should i buy a diesel first to pull the trailer, but then i dont know if business is going to be boomin enough to pay payments on a diesel pick up, it's almost like, shit should i get a dually that way if dumpsters don't pan out i can do hot shot trucking, sometimes it's hard to make a decision on this stuff, i'm young, but i'm the age to shit or get off the pot, i'm 25, and i need to play this smart, like feel the waters with one foot on the dock, i'm blessed to be in a job that pays me around $100k a year, so i don't wanna just jump ship to something that may not pan out, i own a house and shit so i can't afford to make the wrong choice. at least with the semi truck i could just say fuck the job and drive it my self and make just as much money as i do at my job, only caveat being i'll never see the house i bought again because i'll be gone all the time lol... ahhhh life is full of hard choices....
Do the best with what you have until you make enough by doing that to upgrade. If it takes you too long to upgrade or you can’t afford to upgrade, it ain’t working for you. If you do, business starts booking, than there’s your answer! Best of luck! Hesitation is the devils MO!
$420 month on your truck ins. Is GL? $2,400 or or is 1 million liability good and also what other guy saidvabout DOT # Required ? I currently drive light duty Tow Truck 26,000 Lbs. and under , passed physical and have Dot Card
I would say if you are waiting for a logo to start a business, don't. If you have already started and want a nice logo, go for it. Logo's are good for branding. Marketing is what you need to attract more customers.
I know it’s slow but after your truck and gas your at $7.5k profit in 3 months. A little over $15 per hour of your doing 40 hour work week. Hopefully you keep growing fast and get those margins up. I think you could be charging more in DFW.

I have a ❓ The only dump trailers that they sell around my area are 10 gauge floors. Do you think I can reinforce them somehow? Thank you
great
Appreciate the watch!
What's the name of your insurance company?
Commercial truck is through Progressive. You need to find a local agent that will write commercial policies.
@@AmericanAFDumpsters thank you. They told me $613 a month in Ohio
1100 per week is about 4400 per month minus 1800 for fuel and about 800 for truck. so that 4400-2600. leaves you with 1800 per month. or about $450 a week. at least you being honest. love your vids. i’m learning a lot from you
He said he doesn’t pay for it the company does
@@stone9882 heres the thing, when your the owner of a small business, “the company “ paying for stuff is actually you paying for stuff.
Just subscribe great stuff ,
Awesome thanks man!

Bro I wanna start my own dumpster business I’m 18 working in construction working hard and I want money to work for me if you know what I mean how can I start my own dumpster business?
Watch all my videos, I have laid out almost everything I know in this business on this channel. If I am missing anything, let me know.
Is there any way to do this business remotely? I'm outside states can i hire someone who can take care of the dumpster and drop it off to the location or is there any place where i can park the dumpster
Im sure you can contact me

With how many trailers?
You can’t do this with a 150…..not even a chance
Does your insurance cover your trailers?
The company GL policy does, not the commercial truck insurance.
If I buy one trailer do I have to report in taxes if I want a side hustle? Cuz irs sucks balls and sick of this foreign entity business taking our $
No liability insurance?
You must mean GL. Yes, minimal at $2400/yr.
@@AmericanAFDumpsters that’s what I mean! Good to know!
$420 month on your truck ins. Is GL? $2,400 or or is 1 million liability good and also what other guy saidvabout DOT # Required ? I currently drive light duty Tow Truck 26,000 Lbs. and under , passed physical and have Dot Card
Would you say that a Professional logo design attract more customers?
I would say if you are waiting for a logo to start a business, don't. If you have already started and want a nice logo, go for it. Logo's are good for branding. Marketing is what you need to attract more customers.
so you did 18k your first month and only 19k in your first 3 months combined!?
I don’t think you got the memo…
I know it’s slow but after your truck and gas your at $7.5k profit in 3 months. A little over $15 per hour of your doing 40 hour work week. Hopefully you keep growing fast and get those margins up. I think you could be charging more in DFW.
No way in hell am I doing 40 hours a week. This is still a side hustle, not a full time business.
So maybe 1000 per dumpster not counting truck. Heavily dependent on demand in area and other variables like you explained. Interesting. Thanks for the video!
What GL are you carrying? 1m/2m......
1M GL, no need for anything higher just yet imo
@@AmericanAFDumpsters copy. Ty sir. Getting roll off setup first of next week and going live. Just finishing insurances and website this week. Thx for all the info and keep up the good work! I might do a TH-cam channel like yours would it be okay to mention you in the video?
Hello been thinking of doing this who do u use for insurance ?
its day to day dad.....what your grossing should be net
The 4 thumbs down= HATERS
Right!!! Boooo
I’m not in this business . Why are you giving this advice . Why would you not include your fuel cost and and truck payment which are your biggest cost.
Amk level lift the Rolls-Royce of dump trailers
Everyone wants to know how much can you make but none of these guys want to work 80-100hrs every week for a full year no days off
Such is the world we live in, handouts are a dime a dozen. I have never wanted the govt to "bail me out" or send us checks. Let me work for it, that's all I have ever done and all I want to do!!
Try this in my area and the mafia will take you out same thing with vending machines. These videos are getting people wiped out!
What is your area?
Like el chapo?
They don't run vending machines anymore. That's a thing of the past. There's no money in vending machines.
LOL
This a bs the charge went you to pay them
Say what??
"I'm not going to figure truck and fuel." Say what?
You're literally leading people into bankruptcy with this "guru" type thinking
Haha "guru" is a far cry my friend. I gave my numbers. You don't have to buy a new truck like I did. Shit, I ran with a 2005 beat down F-350 when I first started rust bucket. Watch my other videos. It cost me $7k. Did that stop me from making money? If you watched more instead of jumping in the comments to talk shit you would realize that I DID calculate my fuel in there and gave a number. Bro, this business definitely won't make anyone rich, won't make you a millionaire over night. All takes hard work, dedication, etc. No one here is selling a pipe dream. This is hard work, but take ur bs somewhere else. I keep it 100% on this channel from the good, the bad and the ugly.
gave you a dislike for all the begging you gave us in the beggining
Haha funny thing is, TH-cam gives us just as much kudos for a thumbs up as a dislike, even shows it more when you comment! So stick it up urs! ha
To much chatter
Good thing you always have the opportunity to move to the next video!
