Love the selection of makes. I'm lucky enough to pick up fabrics second hand from a lot of the vintage events I go to. If I need substantial lengths of fabric I use a local fabric shop that only sells end of roll so you have to buy everything you need for your projects once its gone its gone. You do not have to justify your fabric purchasing or makes, your garments are quality pieces that will be well worn not thrown away. I give my scrap pieces of fabric to our local charity shop they get a percentage per weight from the 'rag man', my smaller off cuts I use to stuff my dogs beds if they are looking a little flat. I am really enjoying your channel by the way. Have a lovely holiday and a happy new year. xx

Brava! These are all great, and are inspiring me to let 2023 be the year I start making my own clothes. I can't wait to see what you make next!

I love these. I have a skirt that is all cut out, waiting to be stitched, from a 1930s pattern. Perhaps this year, I can get to it.

What a great wardrobe! The solid fabrics lend such an elegant touch to the dresses, and imo the florals feel more playful but still really chic. I’m so happy for you that your favored decade flatters your form so well! Great work! I had a huge list year but alas home renovations displaced my sewing space for a long time. I’m ready to return to it thoug!

Nice presentation..I really like your fabric selections for all the clothes.Very thoughtful.. Is your gold top that you are wearing also from the 30''s if so could you share the pattern no.? Maybe do a video about your pattern selections?

That's a great idea -- than you! The gold top is actually from a shop on etsy. You can find it here -- www.etsy.com/listing/875517665/fitted-linen-top-davos-2-with-long?

    Wow!🌟
I super enjoyed your video. Everything is gorgeous and suits you.
Loving especially your gold blouse, the engagement dress, the jackets and your robe. YUMMY ✨
I live in a super hot tropical setting and I froth over others designs. Mine are all designed for the humid climate.
When I was in my late teens and twenties 80s and 90s I lived in Sydney and wore all original vintage clothing I had so much access too. I had many 30s pieces ( silk velvets) Loved seeing your style. Xox
