Since you are using rolled oats, it is recommended to soak the oats for atleast 20-30 minutes before you start blending it, just to avoid digestive issues.

While I didn't experience any digestive issues, that's a great tip for those that do!

I have been making g this smoothie for a long time but, I soak my oats with chia seed over night. Better for digestive system wind the chia makes it much more filling. Try using half kiefer and half milk. LOVELY

this was actually good the second time i made it, the first time i added too much oats which made it very thick and i also added too much yogurt which made the whole thing taste like thick yogurt.

    • @user-od8ho9ln6k

i did 1 banana, 1 spoon of peanut butter, 1 spoon of yogurt, 1/4 of oats, 2 teaspoons of raw honey, 1 1/3 cup of almond milk and topped it with cinnamon…. i also added 1 scoop of protein powder.

Would it make any difference if you were to soak the oatmeal in the milk overnight? Then add the frozen bananas. Or wouldn't it matter?

You should be using ceylon cinnamon, your version you use has too much coumarin and it causes liver damage.
