  • Hey, ya'll! Today's video is YOGA FOR ANXIETY. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I know how important it is to have different ways to cope. Yoga & meditation has helped with my anxiety tremendously & I hope it can do the same for you. We're using a couple different break work techniques & moving through a fairly gentle flow. Remember to listen to your body & work within your range. If any of the poses don't feel good, it's okay to skip them. Don't forget to like, share, & subscribe.     CBT therapist of 20+y here... EVERYONE feels anxiety at some point, so we ALL need this practice! Esp since C19!

    This helped immensely with my anxiety. During this practice, I was able to have a healthy detachment from my anxiety and embody the other parts of me that live alongside that anxiety. To feel the support that I have already equipped within myself to care for me when anxiety is present. Thank you for this gift Nico!

    Don’t usually comment because I normally watch on my tv and can’t, but the sun is out in the UK now so I did this in my garden in the sunshine with my phone and I feel so much better now.     Yes, this was right on time, and I added I am sane to I am safe, because today our son is graduating from University earning his bachelor's and the phone it's been ringing off the hook and getting text messages about this and that even after I conveyed to people that I am trying to do my yoga and I will see them later 🙄, so the Box breathing at the end truly help to calm me down and keep me sane. I will be using that and the ujjayi breath throughout the day, Trust ☝🏽. Thank you Nico 🤪😊🤲🏾🙏🏽.
