I got to say, seeing you continously working on this big project, making progress bit by bit, coming back every week, helps me believe that I, too, can finish big projects, despite having ADHD. Thank you! ❤
When you said 'i dont need two' sooooo casually I almost cried with happiness. The woman I started following in sunglasses would have had different first instincts. I love the inspiration you are.
At first I could NOT understand why you A. had sooo much stuff!! (How could anyone afford that much stuff ?? As a danish citizen with high taxes (but free healthcare and free university education etc.) B. Why didn’t you just donate what you didn’t need… But having followed you for a while now, I definitely understand why. And I am amazed of how strong and determined you are!! And I am in awe of what you have accomplished over the last few years!!! I hope you somehow can find a way to reach out and teach even more people about the process of leaving the hoarding ‘industry’ behind us/you. You are one very amazing woman💪🥰
Suggestion/ question for other viewers… is it just me, but I find it difficult to follow along with the words on the video about the reasons why & which things are being let go of while the audio is different to what’s going visually? Don’t get me wrong, the audio is super valuable! I love the honest advice, it is incredible content.. but I personally value the actual process points more (often written in white text) for this style of video. I kinda feel the audio for this could have been it’s own video? I loved the older style of the videos, not because I’m stuck in the past… but I could tidy alongside without having to keep looking intently at the screen for a long time! It depends on use, and as a video format, it’s professional and slick. But to other people with hoarding tendencies… how do you use these videos? Do you know what I mean? I’m not so good with words… 😅 Have you seen the older ones? (I went all the way back and have now watched from start to present-day over the last couple of years!). I feel like I can’t keep up anymore 😅 The progress is incredible, and the content… I just maybe find it a bit too much, but if it’s only me then there’s no point me pushing the point😂 Interested to know how you use the videos so maybe I can think of them in a different way? I want to declutter and organise my craft stuff, but at these video speeds I feel like I might not keep up 😂
You know what I like about today's portion? It's clear evidence of a previous attempt to declutter the house so things got moved to the basement. It's like a time capsule of the seeds that bloomed into the good fruit you are reaping now. Such a good reminder of the before where momentum was much harder to come by. So cool.
To see Miss Pepper at the start with all the space around her was brilliant. You have and continue to reclaim this space which is amazing. Well done on the huge pile going. Have a great weekend. Mary, Joes wife 🙇♀️🐈👏👍💪🙏💐🦄
The problem with 'willpower' is that it's dopamin based. So as an ADHD person you will not be able to have that in the same capacity as someone without ADHD. People always associate dopamin with happiness but it has so much more functions in our body. It's so nice to hear you talk about that.
Hello Miss Heart, I have been a silent spectator since the beginning of your journey. I want to tell you today that you are great and you can be very proud of yourself. I wish you every success with the basement project and look forward to further projects. You are a warm, cheerful, creative and helpful person. I'm really looking forward to Tuesday and Friday, when I can watch your videos in the evening. Greetings from Germany
Everytime I see your before and after pictures it makes me see a place in our home that needs changed and made better. I try to image the space cleaned up instead the way it looks now.
Ohhhh, I bet the picture of the space you’re imagining is beautiful 🦄💜🌟🙏🏼 You have the strength within yourself to create that space into real life! I will always cheer you on!!
I appreciate your videos even more now, since you have started taking us through your thought processes. It is so relatable now and makes it easier to go through my own emotions attached to clutter. Thank you!
A weird thing I do when I shred my paperwork to extra protect it, is using the same bag to clean out cat litter. Nothing like used litter in your shred pile to stay safe lol
So excited for your progress and definitely looking forward to seeing middle cleared and all tubs able to go against the wall, you should have a big celebration at that point either family celebration in the space to celebrate your progress or something on you tube maybe a live/ q n a to share with your followers or a extra crafty moment... but something I think you totally deserve it!! It a huge accomplishment 🎉❤😊
Great to have Pepper as an emotional support cat ! Love your videos which help me on my over cluttered mess in several areas of our townhouse which has a full crawlspace as we have no garage, no attic ...just a small extra room. I too have taken stuff outside to sort through the items. You have succeeded very well in overcome problems.
I'm not always the greatest at motivation. I just throw my hands up so to speak and trust in the daily grace of God. Then I'm surprising myself! lol. I am inspired to tackle a bin 🦄
Your tossy-tossy piles are so inspiring! I'm going to keep watching your videos because they're so genuine. I'll need the motivation when I start cleaning out the ancestral home next autumn. I love how you also point out why you keep some things or why you don't. Knowing your reasons helps me to understand my own reasons.
I would love to see all the empty containers stacked up, must have heaps by now! 🤣😊 Can't believe how different the basement looks now, I am very impressed! You have done so amazing! 💖💖
I have to remember to break things down into sections rather than just the basement…I have a hard time being motivated to do it since I think of it as a whole. Thanks for the reminder to do a little bit at a time.
😮😊🎉❤You are helping so many people. THANK YOU ❣️❣️❣️I don't have as much because I don't have the space, but I am definitely a HORDER. I have a hard time letting things go. Yes, I have declared myself a Dung Beetle 😱🪲 😂 🎉. I am getting better❣️🎉 Love you and Thank you for being so Vulnerable❣️❣️❣️
I see you have some children's books. I had boxes of childrens books and donated them to my daughter's old elementary school. It felt so good that now some other children can enjoy them.
You are such a wonderful inspiration!!! I have struggled all my life...first managing my parents' behemoth belongings as a child, and then enduring life-altering trauma for the next 45 years...which resulted in my hoarding tendencies to hold on to my childhood possessions and artistic dream hopes. I must have said "someday" to my depressed pathetic self thousands of times as I moved piles from my sight to places they would be hidden from view. Then I found your channel and your relaxed, brilliantly common sense manner of dealing with letting go is helping me to find the courage to tossy tossy!!! YOU make such a difference to any of us across America who struggle with the emotional attachment of our junk...especially us baby boomers whose grandparents survived the Great Depression and whose parents survived World War II. Your reasoning is sound, logical and loving. I applaud your courage to change the world, one hapless and helpless hoarder at a time. This hoarder thinks you are priceless 😇
Good job. As it is my day off before I work the weekend I too will be cleaning up. I have already been tossing things they need to go to the garbage cans outside.
By you sharing your struggle and what you feel and experience made me realise I needed to speak to my GP and I did , he is referring me for assessment. When I was a kid I was diagnosed as hyperactive long time ago … I never connected ADHD a with my hyper as it’s called ADD mainly here … Without your honesty and sharing I wouldn’t be searching for answers for myself and family 🙏 bless 🌹
So good to see you making great progress. We have just created me a space in our garage to store all my sewing things and I have been gathering and sorting boxes and baskets and bags from all over the house into drawers and cupboards. In warm weather I will be able to sew in there but the thing I'm most looking forward to is being able to find what I need. You have helped me stay focused on sorting. I especially enjoyed the craft shelves in the laundry room. Keep it going!🎉
It would be very nice, if you could create a playlist for the basement declutter. And put the videos in the right order so your viewers could watch it from start to finish. It is so motivating to watch along! ❤
Great job, my sister is helping me with the shed on the weekend, I almost fell in there a few times it's dangerous and I'm so ready to let a lot of stuff in there go.
Are you able to add the donation trip to the video? It's inspiring and satisfying to see the recycling you do, and would be fun to see the donation drop off, if possible!
So I totally understand if you never want to do merch, because you'd hate for us to purchase potential clutter, or break a no -spend challenge.... But if you ever make "pepper says..." Merch, just know that I am here for it!! 😻😻😻
My daughter had some Precious Moments she inherited. She kept a few she really loved and gave the rest as gifts to friends who really loved the figurines. I have 4 pieces of my mom's china. A nephew has the rest and uses it. Tina, Al's wife
Your husband needs to do some decluttering as well. I mean who needs a projector anymore. I would start putting his items in a section of the basement so he can see how much he has, and he can start going through.
Love your videos spoil much!!! Right now I'm in the process of organizing and decorate ring my late dad's shop. He was definitely a hoarded an had ADHD. He passed about a year and a half ago. Made a lot of progress yesterday where I opened up a lot of floor space. Your "today tossy" concept and look for the easy stuff first has been a HUGE help to me getting this far this quickly. Thanks so much for your videos!!
You inspired me to declutter/reorganize my makeup. I don't have much, but it needed straightening and decision making. Thanks for sharing your story with us. You are amazing!

Every time you say "tossy tossy" it makes me chuckle. ❤
YOU ARE AMAZING!!! I have to say… your voice is always with me every day! “ Don’t just put it down… put it away!” Thank you!🥰
I said that to myself today, too! 😄
I printed it out and have it on my refrigerator!
I love miss pepper and how her mommy declutters the basement.
Awe, thank you so much 🦄💜🌟🙏🏼 Miss Pepper is a sweetheart 😻❤️
Baby steps, consistently done, does the job!!! Excellent work!
My goodness Pepper they are working you so hard.GOOD JOB🐼🐼🐼

With all of the bins you have, you shouldn't have to purchase another one, ever! Great video!!!

Such a good observation. I like it!
We keep our lightbulbs in a box in the garage. You did a great job decluttering today!

Decluttering a little at a time. Your videos serve as a timer and motivation for me 💕 🤗
It is very motivating to see you work at the basement so consistently! What a progress! 🎆
A weird thing I do when I shred my paperwork to extra protect it, is using the same bag to clean out cat litter. Nothing like used litter in your shred pile to stay safe lol
I did the same thing ! Just a little something "extra" for those who wish to steal another person's identity 😂
I look forward to basement videos like therapy. I needed this. Thanks! Just seeimg how close you are to opening the middle completely is beautiful.
Thank you so much my friend, that means the world to me 🦄💜🌟🙏🏼

Be glad you don’t have an attic! I imagine that would be very challenging to clean out! Keep up the great work! It’s worth it!
Each week I am more amazed at how much your able to let go easily. ❤ so proud of you.

One step at a time, you go girl!
Your baby steps method is so manageable. I am using it this year to do my spring cleaning.
Yay!! ❤️❤️❤️ You're doing such an amazing job!!
You are making lots of progress, thanks for all of the continued motivation!
Poor Pepper! She looks so tired after you have declutttered 😂😂😂❤
You have been a great help in me getting motivated to clear things out. I appreciate you Thank you.
Always a pleasure Miss Heart!!
Good afternoon Miss Heart. Excellent video. Your basement organization skills are absolutely outstanding.

I love seeing pepper! 🥰
Hello from Germany and hi miss. A big miaow to pepper. 🎉 Good job. Looks so nice.
Im so proud of you!! For real 💜🦄
So good to see you making great progress.

Just such amazing and inspiring work! We see how far you've come and we are cheering for you every step of the way!
Thank you so much my friend, that means everything to me 🙏🏼🦄💜🌟
Thank you! I will get to declutter a small space right now!
Took a mental health day to clean. This is what I needed to get through a part of our "Monica closet" an entire roomful with stuff.
Are you able to add the donation trip to the video? It's inspiring and satisfying to see the recycling you do, and would be fun to see the donation drop off, if possible!
Yay, almost there! 🎉🎉🎉 Have a wonderful weekend! ❤❤❤

Always looking forward to basement decluttering. You will have great videos coming of the different categories too.
Your husband needs to do some decluttering as well. I mean who needs a projector anymore. I would start putting his items in a section of the basement so he can see how much he has, and he can start going through.
I'm jealous of the projector, actually. I've missed them a couple of times in the last twenty years. Very good for murals and big art projects.
Omg!! I’m so excited to see what you accomplish this year! The basement looks so good!!
Thank you so so much my friend 🦄💜🌟🙏🏼

Another successful declutter!! You should do an updated basement tour,, it would be great to see it as a whole with all the progress!
Great job! I’m so inspired by you and your continuing encouragement ❤
You are doing amazing sweetheart!
I love seeing Miss Pepper. I really enjoyed your real time declutters. Will those be coming back or will it continue to be voice overs?
You did so well! Amazing work. I can’t wait to see next weeks!
Wonderful advise. Needed a boost today. Thank You
I love this channel. ❤
You inspired me to declutter/reorganize my makeup. I don't have much, but it needed straightening and decision making. Thanks for sharing your story with us. You are amazing!
Luv it
Nicely Done!
Another great session! Keep going, Miss Heart!!!
Thank you so much my friend 🦄💜🌟🙏🏼
Good progress!

Second, small steps is the way to go. Even teeny tiny steps are better than no steps at all. Doing _something_ will always beat doing nothing, so even one tiny step is progress. I'm inspired to get up and work on my closet (So my clothes will fit inside it and not in front in baskets...! )
Me too! 😊
Another great job! You really are fulfilling your purpose in life. 💜
You did an amazing job yet again❤ Love seeing the continued progress
Message to Mr Heart Hubby - you might want a Kopykake opaque tabletop projector if you do projects putting an image on a surface (wood, metal, fabric, etc). It projects down onto your material. I used to have their Kobra projector and it is excellent. I also had the K300XK but never happened to use it. They are smaller and cheaper than Artograph (I which I also have used - their top of the line one) but work great.
You and Dana K White are a huge encouragement to me.
I using the motto..Shop your horde
You motivated me. Thank you!!!
I love your videos, they are inspiring and do help me to declutter. You definitely have the best decluttering channel because you address the root causes. Thank you 💖 ... Looking great!!! Love this series :)
I am always so impressed by you!!
Wow! ❤❤❤
Seeing the binder and Pokémon you can get a 3 x 3 pocket pages and store their Pokémon that way its not scattered everywhere
This is so satisfying!
Rock on Melanie!
