Wonderful demo of placemats. Great instructions. Easy to follow your instructions and very helpful tip on using the foot as a guide. The camera person did a terrific job.
Love the video! I don’t think my relatives will put hot pots on them, so I’m going to make them using fusible fleece-easier to work with than batting, and I’m making 18! I also made a cardboard template for the corners- I think it was faster.
Im a newbie to your channel. Also im a new to sewing. Oh my goodness your an amazing instructor. Thank you so very much for going slow and into details. Love it!!!!
Looking forward to making your beveled style placemats for my Mom. Great instructions, easy to follow for a first time placemat maker here! Thanks a bunch!!!😊
I love how you are showing us your sewing. So many people don't do that and I really need help with that part. Thank you so much! Your placemat is beautiful and I am going to make one and probably 4. Blessings to you!

What size stitch did u use for the top stitch? Looks nice
I would use interfacing instead of batting. Batting is too thick and bulky
You’re making me nervous sewing over those pins.
You sew over your needles!
nice design, Thanks. LOL Y'all it's called birthing.
Nice video. But not very good for a beginner when you’re teaching them to sew over the pins.
