Mach Rouladen immer nach dem "Tiptopf-Rezept" (Schweizer Schulkochbuch), da werden sie etwas dünner, da ich auch kein eckiges Blech habe und ich lass sie knapp auskühlen unter dem umgedrehten Backblech...traditionell werden Rouladen bei uns mit Konfitüre gefüllt, also ca. 5-6 Esslöffel Konfitüre auf dem gebackenen Teig verteilen und dann einrollen. Da dünner, ist die Füllung dann auch nicht nur in der Mitte.
Alles gut und schön aber ich habe ihn gemacht und er war extrem lecker 😋 Aber meiner war nicht so schön glatt oben wie dieser da am Schluss wenn er eingerollt war ! Wie geht das ? Hi friend, be sure to find out the temparature difference of your oven and adjust it if needed. If the temperataure is too high, your cake will easily crack. If the temperature is not high enough, the skin will peel off if it's not baked preperly. A oven thermometer can be used to measure the temparature in your oven. Good luck! 😊

Sur votre vidéo, vous ne mentionnez que les ingrédients au fur et à mesure que vous réalisez la recette, mais pas comment la faire, avec des étapes importantes... Par exemple, la facon cruciale de monter les blancs....au sortir du four de la génoise doit etre refroidie avec un papier sulfurisé dessus (pour eviter qu'elle ne dessèche)...couper en biseau une extrémité et l'autre extrémité, faires trois à quatre petites antailles (pour faciliter le roulé)... On peut y ajouter une crème chantilly, ou confiture, ou chocolat sur toute la pate, c'est encore meilleure... C'est dommage de ne pas le dire, parce que pour une personne qui n'a jamais fait de roulé suisse, je ne sais pas si le résultat est là ...
