Hii, low gluten flour is the same as cake flour, so it’s flour specifically used for baking! It’s different from the flour that you use for making bread. 😊

Is there a difference between baking paper and parchment paper? I’ve made this 3 times and the shiny surface keeps coming off when I roll it no matter how long I let it cool. Please please please help!!
Hi there, I use a reusable silicone baking paper, which can be used repeatedly where as normal parchment paper cannot. The reason why the shiny surface peels off after rolling is that it is not baked enough. Try to bake the cake a little longer and hopefully you will see a difference. Hope this helps💕💕
