my review after trying this recipe for the 2nd time.. i think u put the wrong measurement for milk.. bcs i tried following ur recipe for the first time and the batter was quite dry so i had to add milk few more spoons so that it can be watery texture like urs.. so for the 2nd time i changed 4tsp to 4tbsp and finally i get similar texture as urs.. the rest have no issue.. and tbh, this recipe works for me compared to others bcs i have tried numerous times from tiktok recipe to youtube and finally found urs! 🎉🎉🎉 it's so fluffy and moist just like how i want it to be! even my parents love it! thank u so much! hope u hv a good day ahead!! ❤❤

first, put oil and flour mix together. then put egg yolk into them. last setp mix milk with them. it will be very smooth. try it !you also get a nice cake!
You can use any brand of large household oven, and it is recommended that the temperature of the large oven is stable! Temperature is very important for cakes

just made this first time.. i think i filled too much batter in the cup mould so it rised too much so the top crack a little.. next time i shall fill in only 3/4 instead.. overall the texture is spongy and not overly sweet which i like.. there is a bit eggy taste to it but i am ok cos i love eggs.. i also pipe some buttercream on it to make it as birthday cupcakes 🎉🎉🎉

I tried this 2 days ago and it came out moist and fluffy but hardly any sweet taste but still good especially if you decide to put a sweet frosting. I happen to also have the same kind of liner. You can even have it straight out from the ref and still soft. I think it's even better a day or 2 old. At the same temp, it only took 40 mins to bake in my oven. If I want to make it a little bit sweeter, should I add the sugar to the egg whites or to the flour mixture? Hope you can answer. I'm planning to make more next week.
