Just imagine the example he is setting for the three surgeons. They will always hold him in highest respect and will always look up to him and try to match the ethical bar he set.
That is what you call a great doctor. He know when to stop and not put people lifes in danger. Like he said when make minor mistakes you must quit. Especialy in surgeon on people
You know I didn’t give this show that much credit but this scene was pretty realistic in the sense that once you start downplaying your mistakes you only get worse from there and you have to be hard on yourself to ensure you don’t make any mistakes.
Episode tonight was good, wish Dr. Andrews should've been easy on Shaun, I mean he literally lost his baby. I feel like Andrews had no chill until like near the end of the episode.

Nakano was his mentor, but Andrews also thought that Shaun was acting irrationally and out of grief because of Lea's miscarriage in the previous episode. He wasn't wrong that Shaun wasn't truly ready to come back to work yet.

The amount of integrity what he said takes. I wish all real doctors were like that.

Yeah Glassman should have taken notes this past season, when everything was telling him it was time to retire from surgery.
Dr nakano sits on the everest of professional ethics.
Wish that politicians had this level of integrity
chills up my arms and spine, I literally cant even imagine. great job acting I am behind tears writing this.
Kind of sad but it doesn't sound like he's quitting being a doctor completely just being a surgeon
A good nurse will always have the doctors back…. 💪
Impressive control, impressive mind. A great lesson for anyone and everyone that will listen. This is how to let go and not hold on too long.

Wonderful show! This episode last night was amazing!
I just wanna be doctorrr 😭 😭 and no more! God willing
I know it's just a show but Doctors need to be more like him.. Tiny errors could mean the difference between life and death for the patients.
Great episode last night Freddie is such a good actor
HE'S NOT A SURGEON ANYMORE, HE'S NOT A SURGEON
DR HAN I AM NOT A SURGEON‼️‼️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
Dr. Glassman, take lessons!
Man's truly a perfectionist.
When Dr.Nakano said 00:03:32.587,99:00:00.000, I surgeoned all over the place.
People who are at peace with themselves are terrifying
Being a medico, I know how passionate surgeons are. They always count minor errors. They always try to be perfect...❤❤
What a wonderful show last night
Time limits are good things. No matter how good a dancer you are, you must leave the stage

I really enjoy this show I heard it is being canceled I hope this isn't true.
To be fair he WAS fairly easy on him and he even defended Shaun's behavior. He could've easily fired him for that as Paul said.
Dr. Andrews had the nerve to chew Shaun out when his baby just died

please someone tell why dr. marcus andrews wear a customised colorfull cap during surgery. Is it allow in OR setup ?
I mean yeah. It's not gonna touch the patient. Lots of doctors and nurses have their own caps for their hair.
