Do not buy bose. I have the same problem and contact bose.
The customer service said send $320 with old headphone and replace new.
Bought at $500. It is $370 on the market price
It is second headphones, the same brand, break down every 2 years
QC WAS BAD AND NOW NC ALSO DRAG ME CAZY

Wow, Yes , actually I have same problem , My _Headphones actually are working well with cord conection but suddently stopped to conect via bluetooth with al device. Did u solve the problem? I dont know what to do now. I will never buy again bose tecnology
