Man, Kirby is such a beast with certain copy powers--especially projectiles. Think about it, certain hats make Kirby instantly high/top tier! (Wish he could use any power in any mu though)
remember Kirby doesn't just copy others he uses their abilities better than the characters themselves

Even Kirby with the best copy abilities wouldn’t be top tier. Mayyybe high tier with charge shot, Pikmin, or monado, but the top tiers just have too much.
@@torbright4886 You seriously underestimate Kirby. His cqc and buttons are fantastic, but his neutral is lackluster due to limited ways to force engagement. A Kirby you HAVE to approach (Samus Kirby, Olimar Kirby, Snake Kirby, etc) is SCARY. Kirby is broken when he gets in, and the copy powers eliminate that issue. If you think that Samus Kirby wouldn't be top tier, a character that can get at least 40 damage per combo AND has easy ko confirms sub 100%, or that Shulk Kirby, a character with absurd frame data that can change his stats and escape disadvantage wouldn't be top tier, you're ignorant.

7:03 I just wanted to say that Chrom's up b goes way higher than roy's so chrom would have made it back from that. Chrom can even directional airdodge off stage and make it back while it kills roy, and chrom can go for down airs below the ledge level without dying.
But on the flip side, Chrom has less horizontal reach. Also, his up b can be capped easily, contrarily to Ike.
Chrom would have gotten gimped upon recovery attempt lol.
Have to appreciate Kirby mains having to learn every characters Neutral B in the match up.

I think kirby is C+ tier. He is incredibly slept on.
His biggest problem is his mobility, his air speed is extremely slow, and his land speed not that great, and since he's a lightweight with low range, it makes it difficulté for him to approach
