It's no longer possible, they needed two patches to remove it in fact. The first time they tried you could still do it with a work around. Good Diddy's got these quite a lot when it was still in the game

some characters are inherently stronger than others. ganondorf has less options against most of the cast than aegis do most of the time. however, it matters very little until you get to high levels of play. if anything, low tiers can actually be advantageous at low levels of play because of matchup inexperience
Most of these are not true combo's, it's not touch of death (like Kazuya and some others). Often it involves poor play from the opponent or opening up the opponent multiple times. It's good you're inspired though

That being said, there is some counterplay to make it harder for the Kazuya a lot of people don't know. There's a blue arrow that indicates your DI upon getting hit, Kazuya's can react to this so you have to mix up your DI at the last second to have a true DI mix-up. At 0, there is a guaranteed set-up to cover all the DI's but as percents rise you might be able to make it a 50/50 if you know the right DI angles. Still, at higher percents it becomes a guaranteed up-b again with set-ups to cover all DI it looks like
