Hello, I used 3 potatoes in this video but you can use as many potatoes as you want. Thanks for watching and feel free to share the video.
@@Globalfoodbook1 okay thank you, and do you add citric acid to the water? or just regular water?
@@noviafx3100 You are welcome. I use just regular water. But do ensure that the potatoes remain in water once peeled to avoid discolouration. Best regards.

Why cook them first?
To prevent discolouration
Is it ok not to boiled?
Not boiling it will cause discolouration of the flour.
Better sun dry them.12 hours on food dehydrator is too much. Electricity expensive nowadays.
Go for the option that works best for you. Not all continents experience sunlight throughout the year.

Interesting
I'm sorry, but why did you bother to blanch the potatoes before you started drying them? The usual reason is to make your dried thing last longer, but when you take them out of the dehydrator while they're still wet enough that most of them are sticking together, your flour's going to be *much* too wet to stay viable for very long at all.
Blanching prevents the potatoes from discolouring. No, the dried potatoes taken out from the dehydrator were not wet but thoroughly dried. You might want to consider watching the video again and read the subtitles attached.
Thank you very very much
