Aur public bhi aisi hai khud ni research karegi. Jo Banda/bandi over weight hai woh iss diet se lose karenge fat ?? Calorie surplus main jaake aap gain karoge. Not all protein are made the same people learn your own anatomy first rather then listening to people giving advise like this.
