Since the resolution of RF lenses is at (or slightly beyond) its limits on a 45MP sensor, what can go wrong with a 102MP sensor? When you're a 24MP camera (and lens) company, 102MP seems a little dangerous.
Where you got that résolution number ? I heard RF lenses had variable resolution depending on the lens model and line of lenses (L vs non L). while there's only 45mp available at canon right now i remember having read an article long time ago when R cameras were introduced where a canon representarive said that most RF L lenses would be developed to provide precise rendering with sharp and detailed colors for sensors beyond the 80mp mark if one day they would released any.

DMX approves this camera
Please,please please Canon ...a revised rf 400 f5.6
50mm f1.4 thats faster and smaller than the 1.2 would be nice. The cheap 50 doesnt have the quality I want sadly.
Not sure why they focus on hybrid lenses when their cameras still have that horrible ibis wobble. That being said, its only an extra feature so doesnt hurt to have it on future lenses anyway.
I'm curious of the curious count in this video??
Lil was a legend.
If Canon Rumors says something is coming, it’s not. Not for a long while, anyway. They were going on about the “imminent” R5II before the R5 even hit shelves lol
Great Video!!
Damn cannot join the workshop 😢
aps-c focus on video
do
I hear an r7c
im immediately selling my r7 for that
Guessing a R6 mark iii, R7 mark ii, and something else
Love ya! 😂😂
I am SKITTLE CURIOUS!
For professionals they may have quite a few lenses, but for amateurs they don't.There's nothing better on a budget. And people like me, whose photography is only a hobby,(I don't have a big budget for lenses) had to switch to Sony after more than 16 years with Canon
I just wanted to send along my condolences on the end of the Philly's season. I was rooting for them too. There's a woman that sits behind home plate that is the best fan! I saw her when the Rays played there and what a fanatic!!!!!! We had a hurricane here and it ripped our stadium apart. We were getting a new stadium but in 2028, so now the drama. Maybe next year!
It's Philly... it's always better luck next year
Better video on the R7? Bahhh. I want dual, backlit sensor!
God bless Lil.
I’m canon-curious and hoping they release another 40+ mp sensor that’s not only on the r5 line. I would buy the r5 ii, but I’m not sure how it will hold up in harsh weather with the vent system
lol @ no view finder yaaay more people learning to shoot improperly lol
Those ancient telephone handsets are a b*tch to grab the right way round... 😂
nope, Sony still has the better pro glass, and it's smaller and lighter too.
Cool. Do they have an 85 1.2 or 100-300 2.8? How about a 28-70 f2?
It really doesn’t matter at the end of the day. I feel canons system all the way around is superior for my needs.
@@froknowsphoto haha triggered fro! whatever gaps in focal lengths Sony has is well compensated by third party lens support (remember that sigma 35 f1.2?)
subscribed because I was subscribe-curious
I'm a lazy millennial who loves film simulations
😂😂 Jared used to be nikon shooter what happened there
Canon Canon Canon, a ;ot of Canon news lately 😵💫
Love it!
