I think this is the easiest small form factor build I’ve seen 🤔 I was really surprised at how easy that was. I would love to see a 2.0 version and if there are ever parts available I would love a build like this. As I’ve gotten older I’ve found myself like my gadgets and stuff to take up a lot less space and more easy of use. I don’t need all that power but this would be more than enough.

Hey Linus, I work for a company here in San Diego, CA that manufactures rugged compact computing solutions for the military. We squeeze big things (like RTX4000s) into small form factors (less than 20 inches in depth, 6 inches in height, and 5 inches in width). These systems are built to withstand combat environments and thus undergo extreme testing in a variety of environments. It would be cool if you reviewed a system like this one of these days. I get there wouldn't be much of a civilian application for it, but it would be interesting to show the public nonetheless
Yea cases can still be outrageous in price. I hope prices keep coming down while. being user friend. Ans let's bring back airflow.... These solid glass cases just are not good lol

Philips heads suck. I once spend a whole afternoon for removing a damaged Philips head, ending in drilling it out and cutting a new thread. That is nothing I fancy doing on electronic stuff. Never came acros a Torx damaged that much. Wherever possible, I throw Philips heads in the bin and replace them by Torx. Had I done paid work on that afternoon, I could have afforded a life time stock of replacement Torx screws. So big thumbs up, Louqe!
@Hadi Ishtiaq [Student] actually shoot, they could do something about reviewing a new car with lots of “tech” on short circuit or something. The dad energy from the socks and Sandals x two t shirt and cargo shorts crossover would be insane.
I’ve now forced myself to do this build few months later after sourcing the rtx card. Here are my thoughts. The finish is very poor to the point you can cut yourself when handling it. The advertised possibility to easily carry it is only for the people who wish to lose their fingers. It’s a very heavy rough cut thick aluminium which acts as a mass heat storage so cpu temps are high. Plastic base is cheap and ugly. Mine is throttling at full load reaching 100 deg Celsius using the “best” cooler solution by the case manufacturer - the one which makes the case almost impossible to close as the fit is so tight you need to remove the anti vibration rubber on a 120mm additional cup fan to make it fit. It’s also very loud at full load. There is no zip ties points and there’s surprisingly little room inside the case. I had better temps and could fit 3 ssd drives in a much much smaller case from Dan. Graphic card is not securely mounted as it does not have a release clip. All ports located at the bottom of the case as simply stupid and a pain to reach. There no way to use dust filters without turning this case into air frying machine - also the “best solution” cpu cooler simply will not allow to have enough room for the thinnest of dust sheets. What else… ah the on/off button falls apart each time you open the case on top of making cheap scratchy noise when pressed. I’m not sure how to use the provided usb port (only one came with my case) as it is usb-c female to usb-c male - maybe my motherboard does not have such feature. So another external usb splitter is needed for the easy of use. So overall what have I ended up with? - An ugly colour, heavy and hot, large but tiny inside case and I still have to keep the rest of my drives as external now plus usb port extension on top… and I need to dust the flat twice as often as before. I’ve spent 75usd on additional 3 fans to be able to put the outer shell on due to temperature inside - one fan is on top making it rather ugly looking. This case is a nightmare and should disappear from the market. Stay away. If you want a quality case check other options. This is a product from someone who has never build a pc. Yet alone small factor one. The designer is emailing people to buy this failed prototype at 50% discount but trust me you don’t want put your pc for days on end. It has taken me 2 days and I have been building pc’s my whole life. All those articles and yt reviews are biased. You have been warned.
@@10secondsrule Agree, I bought it - went through 3 different coolers, the recommended one being the worst. Scythe shuriken 3 is the best with a foam duct. Case desperately needs another fan exhaust at the top but it makes the case so ugly. I regret buying it everyday. I don’t understand how they made the ghost s1 and then made this awful case.
You are awesome and an inspiration. Remind me of a great friend of me. Most driven, down-to-earth, creative and spontaneous, honest soul :) Also + great staff. A bit awkward some of them, but confidence is contagious ;)

@@ShaneSaiyan the housing is on the side where the graphics card sits with a relatively large grille that allows a lot of air. the fan above is installed in such a way that it "pushes" the air through the small slits around the lid! that is precisely the weak point. warm air always rises as we have learned in physics, and the fan above would help to improve the flow of air in the housing significantly because it could push more air out than it would without it. and if you look closely you can also see the 4 screws where the 140mm fan can be attached. I would also like to link you to where the possibility of installation is described on the manufacturer's website, but links are not allowed here, so you will have to find it yourself. but it's easy to find. just click on the "SPECS" button on the website and you are right where it says it is. greets
I'm proud of Linus finally getting to level 2 of Doom Eternal
anyone else miss his classics like when he water cooled the entire linus tech tips house for all of the computers? Not saying i wanna see more of that but yeah that was kind of a baller move.
I love this case. So cool that the whole thing just slides back in.
I lowkey thought that Madison just taught him whats lowkey means and he lowkey can't stop saying it...But its actually the case brand name
But... LOKI
omg I was 15 mins in before i realised he was saying the name of the case. I thought "was he told to try and say lowkey as much as possible in a video for a bet or something".
How he opened up with “This” gave me serious Doug Demuro vibes
Wow thats acurrate.

I started to laugh. But quickly realized I am 42. :(
Price is absolutely insane. Grateful to Coolermaster and Lian Li trying to bring SFF to the majority of PC gamers who won't have $300 for a case
Yea cases can still be outrageous in price. I hope prices keep coming down while. being user friend. Ans let's bring back airflow.... These solid glass cases just are not good lol
Put it in perspective: $300 is only 1/10th of a GPU right now!

Easy to build in: fine.

7:20 chit chat brought a new place. Me: wait didn’t you just like like finish whole series or fitting out house how you wanted it??

@@helplmchoking very true, if remodeling the kitchen/bathroom/patio etc.
Can’t say installing a new IoT garage opener, 10 gigabit networking and NAS storage server, with PoE camera system kinda falls into the everyday tick list of a house buyer.
@@TheMelbournelad well not those, so much, but the NAS and camera kit could probably be moved. But also they're a source of content and revenue with the bonus of not involving lots of people in the studio during the worst of the pandemic which was probably a good motivator
The nice thing about that case too wrt the color options is it's super customizable. Just pull the outer cover, prep it, paint it, and coat it and you're done.

Moug MeDuro!
Hearing them talk about how they'll be back to normal by August sure feels weird
The other “usb C” port is actually a Kensington lock slot
I love how he droppd a thing literally less than a minute into the video😂

If you watch Linus videos on 2x playback speed, Linus becomes the squirrel from "Hood Winked"
Linus with a new place? Didn't he just spend so much time and effort finally getting his garage doors automated again? XD
