@4:37 you are missing the o-ring on the carburetor. Also, you installed the spacer backwards. the o-ring on the spacer should face forward to seal on the intake elbow.
Well it could be a number of things. Might be worth pulling the front rim off and checking your pads and the spring that pulls the pads back together after you engage them. Could also be a bad cable as well.
Ok I will if I make another video. It’s pretty simple just line up the little slots on the slide and slip it in. I can see where people would get confused though

does the throttle linkage just slide out or how do i get that out if you could explain it to me id grateful apricate it
yes, it slides out. usually, I stick a flat head screw driver inside the carb and lightly pry up on it.
