Did you notice that at the start of the episode where Jane dies, Walt puts his newborn on her side so she won’t choke while she’s asleep? Brutal
Goddamn.
Fuck
Shouldn’t have blackmailed a kingpin for some H🤷🏾♂️
This show is one of the rare ones that just keeps getting better season after season..
Its the same with better call saul
Definetely a well thought out show
@@AliElBaba yeah that's true, it's definitely well thought out.. but at the same time it also wasn't, for example Jesse's character was supposed to die in season 1, but the audience really liked him so they kept him and ended up being a central character..
That cringe song 🎵that Skylar was singing was the song Marilyn Monroe sang to then president John F Kennedy on his birthday 🎂
It JUST.GETS.BETTER.
Aaron Paul's acting is incredible here for sure and yes he's won a ton of awards including multiple Emmy's, Screen Actors guild among others and been nominated for a Golden Globe
This was Gian Carlo Espositos breakout role. Nobody really recognized him before this, so it played a lot better and the reveal was great.
He was in Usual Suspects in the 90s
@Tonycillian5 He'd been in plenty of things before this. It's still his breakout role, though.
"He got a role in The Boys"
Yeah, it's a shame he sticks out now, because back then, it *was* a surprise.
😂true
fun fact, the save walter white website that Walt Jr made is an actual website that is still up to this day, exactly how it is in the show.
True, they event went so far as to connect it to an actual illegal money laundering operation
begging for money online from strangers for doing literally nothing... he was truly a pioneer.
@@nooneofconsequence1251dude what the fuck?
@@nooneofconsequence1251 bro is not cool💀
Do you have a link? I wanna see! lol
when this episode came out "Giancarlo Espisito" wasnt a big name so his reveal as gus was so out of nowhere.
SO EXCITED FOR THIS! It’s insane from here on out baybeeeee
Just when you think things can’t get more intense, it jumps up a few levels.
I really enjoy how the consequences of Walt's actions literally rain down around him by the end of the season.
The painting in Jane's room has that bear falling in the top corner
Dang I didn't notice that before, good catch
It's also in a tree in one of the scenes, a few other places that I can't remember, maybe in a store.
@@nguvideos2868they are sold where Walt got naked
I always tell people that are watching Breaking Bad that if you feel the same way about any of the characters from the beginning of the series through the end then you’re not paying attention. My feelings and opinions changed about the characters sometimes from episode to episode. Everyone has phenomenal arcs.
The episode names for episodes 1, 4, 10 and 13 is an Easter egg for what happens at the end of episode 13
After i finished season one i didn't think it could get any better i was very wrong this was a great season introducing a now iconic character Saul Goodman this season had great episodes and was overall great.
This might be some of y’all’s best reactions on this channel. I swear even though I’ve already watched this show, It still feels like watching it for the first time with you guys, keep it up!
that criminal lawyer line is hard
I love how vince roots for skylar, i did too. I never understood why the fandom hates her so much
I know, I’m so tired of reactors hating her for not going along with Walt after she discovered all his lies.
Why fandom hates Skyler because she's know Ted is wrong but she laundered the money with Ted and singing a happy birthday song for Ted trying to have affair with Ted and When she's pregnant she smokes cigrettes and the man who loved her and her family and doing not all but most things to family (Walter) she's giving him divorce but when money comes in then she also laundered money with Walter and her sister is shop lifter she knows but she forgive her and she also work with Saul Goodman. She has never pay her any wrong decisions like at the last she's like no no I'm the hostage I'm the right one and all stuff.
@@asimmulla4940 compared to what walter did, she's an angel. What's your point!? Walter is clearly worse, no-one hates him tho. Walter basically offed jane cause he's jealous of her relationship with jesse. That's worse than everything you just stated about skylar
@@ThomasThomas2x3989💯💯💯
My reasoning at the time, was the whole affair with Ted. Granted she went through it with all these revelations coming at her left and right. No pun intended. She goes through crazy character development throughout. I wish Anna Gunn was in more stuff!
*And it only gets better. So much better*
*Unspeakably better.*
You both are such a joy to watch. Mike, a character that was written in last minute and ended up staying, thanks to Bob Odenkirk, aka Saul, not being able to make to set one day.
I love watching people react to Walt punching the towel dispenser in the bathroom after getting his good news lol it shocked me when I first saw it and it makes you think about why he would do that, very interesting.
Yeah. It was one of the most interesting moments of his character up to that point that just came out of the blue. I think the bit in the desert where he says "I deserve this" is tied to it. He kind of balances his rationale of doing it for his family along with the idea that he was retroactively being punished by fate before he even started.
Getting the news Probably put both those rationalisations into question for a second and made him snap.
All his bad decisions and actions he made were based on the fact that he thought he was going to die. Now he’s so emotionally confused and frustrated that he takes it out on the hand dryer. Amazing scene. 👍👍
One comment I’ve noticed about your channel on a lot of your reactions: The difference in volume between the content and you two is a little too much. If you can hear the content dialogue, your voices can get too loud. If your voices are not too loud, the content volume is very hard to hear. I really enjoy you two and your channel, so please don’t take this as being too critical. Thanks!
that and at this point in there channel - they should have a rig that can give them two full pairs of Headphones - I HATE seeing people still using one bud at a time - Music, movies, and shows are in stereo - you literally miss aspects of the show/movie. I get early on but come on they can afford a $50 piece that makes it happen. "Cant hear each other" - yes they could lol
@@bsgtrekfan88yeah that drives me crazy too you’re literally missing 50% of the sound come on
wonder if they even read comments either lol
Yeah, agreed. Love their content, it’s just their levels are a bit off.
I have literally no problem with their volume levels
Just telling y’all love your reactions and it’s only gonna get crazier at this point
"Stay out of my territory" with dlz in the background is my favorite scene ever
Love that you did the whole season ,really enjoyed your reactions, you make a lovely couple and I think your just great .
Love watching you fall in love with the show. Can't wait to your reactions to the rest of it. Oh man, are you guys in for a ride!
Love y’all. This was a pretty crazy season. Back in the day when this came out, waiting a week to watch each episode made me nuts!
30:03 that feeling that all the risk was for nothing...
Fun fact: in the scene where Jane dies, Bryan Cranston said in an interview that during that scene when she was choking he looked down and saw his own daughter which brought a real tear and pure terror on his face
cant wait for the rest of journey you are on with this show❤
You guys are a great couple together
Love your reaction videos ❤
I get so excited watching your reaction as the show just keeps getting better every season. Very rare for a show to do. Greatest show of all time. 👍👍
Skylar was doing Marilyn Monroe's famous performance of "Happy Birthday" she did for JFK in 1962. It's known for being sung in a breathy, seductive way.
Great reactions both of you!
Remember who Saul mentioned who he thinks sent his kidnappers out in the desert. Giancarlo Esposito and Jonathan Banks are legends.
Awesome reaction of my favorite Breaking Bad episode!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊
Aaron Paul "Jessie Pinkman" won the emmy that year for his performance on this Breaking Bad this season.
Yayyy I made the comment about the colors, glad you saw it :)
The actors who played Hank, Gus, and Mike have been in blockbuster movies playing minor characters since the 1980s . I am glad that Breaking Bad gave them a chance to showcase their talent.
Maaaan..I love watching people watch this show. It’s such a good show. So well written and acted. A true roller coaster ride.
The title of very episode that was black & white gave spoiler to how the season ended:
Seven thirty-seven (plane)
Down
Over
ABQ (Albuquerque)
It just gets better and better from here too
gonna get high as shit and binge this who with me 😂
Yup, just finishing up in fact lol
What a legend!
I've been waiting eagerly for this... but damn I wish the volume was louder...
Bro Vince is one of the best people I’ve ever heard when it comes to breaking down the episodes to the details and everything.
..and now for the two best seasons 🔥🔥
43:37 still one my number one favourite moment from breaking bad, I remember getting non stop chills with the music mix with Bryan Cranston exceptional acting.
Meeting Saul you’ve met the main character in the whole saga 😂 It’s funny how he took complete control of the situation and calmed down once he figured out Walt and Jesse weren’t with whoever Ignacio and Lalo are. Man’s got other things to deal with aside from “Breaking Bad” 😂
Jesse didn't bring her down, she did that to herself
Didn't expect to hear a reference to 101.1 wjrr ad while watching this lol
My all time favorite show (drama)!! There was a point when I thought GOT was going to overtake it, then it took a dump. El Camino should be next, followed by Better Call Saul!! The BB universe does not disappoint. You two are great host for reactions!
Your faces was all of ours during Skylar’s happy bday to Ted
The look on your face when skyler knocked those pens off her desk was perfect.
You are mistaken sir… that’s the best lawyer you could in the south west without bringing attention. BETTER CALL SAUL!
2:35 - Her reaction to Vince’s massive understatement.
Vince - dumpster diving to Morton’s, brotha.
The craziest thing about this video is hearing you don't know what skim milk is.
I believe that the moment Walter let Jane die was the moment he truly became... Heisenberg.
Aaron Paul has won many awards but this show to me was still his best acting and it's mainly the parts that an actor gets he is good in everything he does but this is a very dramatic role so he is able to showcase his acting a lot of all his other roles are side roles or more normal boring roles so no matter how good of an actor you are if your role is basic you can only do so much with that, now he does a good job in the show truth be told on apple TV but that he plays a criminal who was innocent so another more dramatic role but Aaron Paul's crying scenes are just so realistic you just feel like crying with him
The problem with giving into the blackmail is that what’s to keep them from going back to Walt for more money? Something tells me she isn’t trustworthy.
Somebody is gonna tell them there is a show sbout saul ?
Best BB reaction out there guys!
There is an interview where Bryan Cranston describes his experience filming the Jane death scene, its very powerful
Giancarlo Esposito was struggling as an actor before breaking bad. Gus in breaking bad was his breakout role. All the shows you know him from came after breaking bad. Watching this when it originally aired, no one said “hey that’s the guy from…”
He nearly committed suicide before he got Breaking Bad so his family got a payout when he died
Yep.. that’s how bad things were before breaking bad. And he was constantly getting work, but never making enough to live on. Just goes to show you how hard it is to survive In The industry
Jesse always wins the coin flip with heads lol
the color theory is not an accident, i accidently called one of the biggest scene in the show right before it happened just based on the colors the characters were wearing. INSAIN attention to details. my family and i watched this show together and would debate what colors mean who and what
Vince is really a funny dude, mans be killing me with these faces he be making😭
I started watching the series last month, and now I'm in the final season.
I'm really loving your reactions together. If you guys haven't seen it yet, the only other show I would ask you guys to watch is Sons Of Anarchy. It's a wild ride. This show is more extreme. Others may say it doesn't live up to the success of Breaking Bad, but this show is a great one. The acting is spot on, the music is on point and the action is great. Theres very few channels that have reacted to this. I'd love to see you guys give it a try. If you do I hope you guys enjoy it.
“Jessie, we need season 3 reaction”
I think you’re confusing greed with pride. They’re both each one of the seven deadly sins, after all. Prideful people like Walt, won’t take a handout but getting what they need through the labor of their own means, even illegal means, is better than being pitied.
Skim milk which is water thats lying about being milk 😂
Milk-flavoured water
What a amazing couple you guys
Jesses the “street dude yooooo” he did make Walter miss his birth you can argue
I agree with the credit you're giving to the folks behind the camera for bringing out the best in their actors, but believe me there are so many phenomenal actors out there who don't get the mainstream success you'd expect for lots of reasons lol. Bryan Cranston (Walt) is someone I've been familiar with for a while, he played a classic doofus "sitcom dad" in Malcolm in the Middle but elevated that role to something ICONIC. I think after making so much money from Breaking Bad, Bryan Cranston can just start living comfortably and be more choosey about the roles he takes. He's said that playing Walt took a lot of out him so it wouldn't surprise me if he's turning down more intense roles like that, which I would imagine is what he's mostly getting these days since the world sees him as Walter White
We don't have to imagine when IMDB exists. :)
2hr reaction lets goooo
Fun fact, Jesse was only supposed to be in the show for a single episode. After they shot his stuff they saw his potential en decided to rewrite the script and make him a season regular on the spot.
Man said Salud!
9:41 remember that when you planning to watch bcs after bb :)
Yeah, Gus Fring is played by, Giancarlo Esposito. That is him in The Boys, and also in The Mandalorian. He's in a lot stuff
Skyler is re-enacting Marylin Monroe singing happy birthday to John F. Kennedy Jr. back in the day.
737. Down. Over. ABQ.
RIP Combo
Breaking Bad is the best series I have ever watched.
tbh both Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul won emmy's for their performances, but you saying just because an actor hasn't won any doesn't mean he can't act
Finally I love it
It’s all good man.
Remember Walt doesn’t want anyone to see his face and real name and put the real name and face together that Eisenberg IS really Walter White High School Teacher he’s trying to keep a low profile
The best television series ever!!
Yay
Finallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy❤
Walt was an idiot for not keeping the pot dealing lie going. "I have a second cellphone to buy weed from that guy. I didn't want you knowing because the last time you found out you showed up to his house threatening him. The pot helped with my chemo and mood" Boom. Really was that easy.
I've always thought the same thing
Yes Aaron Paul's acting is great and it only gets better as the show does on
45:06 that cancer surgeon also played a cancer surgeon in The Sopranos lol
You got a bee on your hat!
…stupid-a-f**king game 😂
You guys haven't seen had anything yet. It gets really good. Greatest show of all time.
after you guys do this you have to watch better call saul
S1: 😏
S2: 😬
S3: 😮
S4: 😨
S5: 😱
that stare at 41:46 - 41:53 got me lmaoooo
That pool scene wasn't Walter. That was fully Hisenberg that turned on
18:05 IIRC, methylamine doesn't go bad, Walt just made this up
I think they know, since Jesse says it at 26:00 ;)
50:45 Everybody cringes hard at this scene. It's my 9999th time watching it and my skin still curls while she sings like that... 😬😬
Oh, and she's supposed to be Marylin Monroe singing happy birthday to John Kennedy.
