We so need to add oxygen to atmosphere to compensate for the oxygen loss in the biosphere bringing the oxygen level back into balance. 90% of oxygen replenishment to the biosphere is the result of water evaporation therefore by refilling dried up lakes and seas beds with ocean and sea saltwater which is plentiful we can resupply the earth's biosphere with oxygen at a much higher rate because the water mass or volume is much lower compared to ocean's water mass and as a result water evaporation happens at a much faster rate in lakes and seas than in the oceans.

Good to know we don't have to worry about running out of precious oxygen. Been wondering about this for a while.
