When we use steam on our Gaggia Anima to froth milk, we also get steam coming out the right side and when we stop steaming there is loud screaming noise also coming from the right side of the machine.

Hi d, You could try pouring froth from the carafe between 2 pitchers to produce a finer microfoam capable of latte art.

i would like to know how to set up for a long coffee with milk setup and then hot water and milk option to make tea. i hope i can do this with it. i receive my machine today i cant wait.

Hi SAS, It's fairly straightforward to do all that. Each button including those for long coffee, hot water and milk are volume programmable. Just press and hold the button you want to program. Whenyou have the amount you want in your cup press again and that amount is stored and is dispensed next time you press that button.

I dont know why but my Anima prestige did not come with that tab that sticks up from driptray to lock carafe in place still works but would have been nice to get it the way is should be?Thanks!

Mine spits a bit of hot water before the milk comes out, any reason why?

Hi s, that's normal from condensation in the steam circuit.
