I'm honestly in shock with how well they treated S!M!Shez as a male lance flier of all things. Usually he would've been given no prf and just be slapped with useless fodder with high def, but they finally gave a lance flier a good prf with higher spd and a solo skill. This guy is immediately my next +10 merge project.

After getting Murdock, I wasn't expecting another good grail unit for a long while. Happy to say I'm wrong with how cool Shez's weapon is! Super excited to build him. And to have another grail unit with a solo skill is bonkers! I know Cornelia and Yarne have solo skills, but can't recall if any of the other grails do.
It's about time we got a good f2p lance flier in the grail pool. The weapon itself isn't half bad with the dual phase brave effect, but it's not just the weapon I'm happy about, we finally got a grail lance flier with actual good spd to keep up with the more recent units, and as a superboon too in fact. And even though he doesn't have a prf skill like F!Shez, having a solo skill on a grail unit is still a pretty big deal, a +10 merge project for sure.
Definitely will be using S!M!Shez for budget use. I also really like his art, especially his special art with the water effect and all of the fish. Thanks for the video! Liked the music choices too.
Finally a lance flier with a prf weapon, and although it's not crazy it's still a really good one with brave effect and canto, but even if he doesn't get a prf his spd would actually make up for it because he ACTUALLY got higher spd than most grail lance fliers who usually get more def. Also, already built lance fliers won't be an issue from how previous lance fliers have been treated.
Just a really useful unit all around and being able to merge him up as a grail is incredible. I've already foddered a Fallen Lilith to him for Dive Bomb and Spd Smoke 4 and he's pretty darn good!

I was hoping he would have the same BST as Hans, Lumera, etc. to use him in Arena. I might still +10 him though, he looks really promising. He could still see Arena use during seasons where I don't need optimal scoring.

Since I doubt that Spring Narcian will ever get a refine in the forseeable future, I finally found a replacement Lance Flier I can build for my arena core. Sadly Narcian is lagging behind Ashnard and Y!Innes quite a bit without heavily investing into new Skills and I got Narcian's forma soul, so he ist quite well kitted.
I've noticed that IS likes to give the best f2p units good fodder, which means people who +10 these units miss out on their fodder unless they spend a lot more grails for that.
I think Rein Snap is underrated. The thing about Guidance 4 is that it doesn't help the unit that's running it at all. While Rein Snap is still a Rein skill + increased movement. And since it can't be run by a dancer it's perfect to make pure combat units at least a little supportive while adding to their combat potential. Also, it's pretty handy if you want to drag along a Save unit.
F2p male lance fliers getting a perf is a rare sight indeed. And with that, S!MShez goes from being yet another lance flier to a unique unit in his own right.

I think I’m going to build him! I just have SO many skills I could give him I gave gb4 and guidance 4 but I also was thinking about running a catch 4 a/s menace with dive bomb to nuke I’m just not sure if I want to commit to killing two rearmeds for him since I don’t play summoner duels
I merging him all the way the moment he's in the grail shop, im not waiting for him to appear in the limited time shop...he'll be atk/spd solo fodder by then. He also gets a dragonflower increase in a few months btw.
@@caetz7295 oath 4 seems to give a bit better dmg output, (assuming no1 is neutralizing the visible buffs) but ima stick with snap for now. the mobility is nice

Just give him hit and run and if you can support him with Nah, Thorr or LHinoka for the special acceleration give him Moonbow so that he can trigger it twice against slow units. Super budgety build but will help through his bonus season.
he's almost as good as summer claude (who's one of the best units in the game to me), he lacks some effects to be on par with him, but at least he's easier to merge

Same. I’m not sure what SS to run on him as I want healing like Renewal so he can stay in the >80% hp range. But could go for more Spd

M Shez has been done very well here! Even the art is top notch. Might just build him up even though Shez isn't my favorite.
