I never meditated with my fluorite before & omg!! I'm fairly new to crystal meditation but I've been practicing regular meditation for months & it's getting much easier to get into that state but, I never realized how powerful this crystal is! I have a fluorite point & I held it upwards as if directing it to my head & I had my eyes shut for not even 3 minutes before I felt like a portal in my mind was carved open with the point, highlighted with beautiful colors. It's like I gained clarity on something, I'm not even sure what but I will certainly be doing more meditations with this to gather more insight on what it meant for me. The first time I touch flourite I felt an uplifting and calm energy, bringing my mind and my life in peace and order
This happened to me too, I felt like a bird escaped from the cage. I felt relaxed and free. I felt a lots of emotions and I felt a strong energy of living.
I meditated with my fluorite and I really felt it cleansing my aura. It felt like some dense energy just floated away and off my aura. So pleasant and it helped balance my energy again. I focused on my energy as the last couple of weeks I've felt I haven't been healing properly. I will definitely be using this meditation more times.
I found your channel a couple of weeks ago and I love your content and personality.

The first time I ever touched flourite I was overwhelmed with calm and peace. I held it in my hands and felt sooo much love for it. I got it on the 9th of February in a Witches Moon box...the Roots box and as I held it I felt as though I was in a slight trance that I couldn't snap out of...like a body daze if that makes any sense lol...I thought to get up but was unable to cuz I was so completely taken over by its Magick. I'm in love with this crystal 🔮💫
honestly through the whole meditation, i felt a black face coke out of my body. I’ve never worked with fluorite before so maybe that’s what i really needed, and every question hit spot on. I couldn’t figure out which crystal to meditate to so i just picked the one i was most drawn to and i kept going back to this one.
I really enjoy your crystal meditation and teachings about different crystals. Its helping me to get to know my stones. I love fluorite, I have a bracelet which really helps keep me grounded and centred.

Thank you for all of your content. I also enjoyed your books. My flourite went through the washing machine and dryer. It is a little cracked and more dull/sparkly looking. Should I be concerned about toxicity or changes in metaphysical qualities? Thanks!

Thank you, Shannon. Recently bought a beautiful piece of fluorite... Namibian Flourite. Both occasions I’ve used the crystal, the palm of my right hand and inside of fingers on the same hand, as well as my right calf would start itching. In addition, i was teary throughout both sessions minutes into the meditation. Any significance? Symbolic of anything?
I think it's a sign that you can really feel the energy flowing! It is fine - if you start to get overwhelmed just set the Fluorite aside for awhile and maybe sit with Hematite or Howlite to settle your energy. :-)

How many times should we meditate with any crystal? Is it safe to do it twice a day once in the morning and once at night? I did it yesterday night and did it this morning and now tonight
It is safe to meditate with a gemstone more than once a day. You can even pause this mediation at any point to make certain sections longer. Just make sure to pay close attention to how you feel. If you start to feel overwhelmed (emotionally or energetically) then make sure to take a break until you feel better. Sit with a grounding or calming stone to get your equilibrium back. Great question!
Hi Shannon. Why am I feeling a light tingling/ electric energy? Also I held the stones in each hand and they were luke warm by the time I finished meditating. Why is that? Thanks.
