I asked for guidance to access my inner wisdom, immediately I was guided to the thought of ancestral wisdom that was a real eye opener! Its ancestral wisdom I should be seeking, it's all inside me.

Thank you Sharon for the guided meditation with moonstone. As I was going through the meditation I visualized a full moon. There was moon beams radiating from the moon. The beams were a white light that came from all around the moon. They extended outward. The beams that came from the bottom of the moon touched me and covered my whole body. All the way to the ground. Inside of me I heard a message from the moon beams saying, I am here to support you. You can stop running from the predator now, you are safe.
My body started to slightly trimble just like an animal in nature who was just being chased by a preditor.
Thanks for all your knowledge! This is definitely a stone I should work with. I'm working to ween my little one, but not having an easy time with it. This seems like the perfect stone. I realized I'm repressing emotions. I actually felt myself feel warm. I'm always cold lol. Maybe my issue at my root then is suppressing that I can feel hurt and upset while everything is going on right now.
I have really appreciated your videos. Especially the meditations. Very grounding. I would love a video on your thoughts about Terahertz.

I love my Rainbow Moonstone. I hear that it's a great stone for over-thinkers. I am heavily drawn to it. I sleep with a heart-shaped palm stone. 🌈❤️
I did this meditation with green moonstone (garnerite) and it was great. Focused more on the heart chakra with this meditation. 💚
I felt more peaceful... I was thinking about something bothering me and something told me to just think positive and i can get through it
This was so great!! Towards the end of the meditation my hand holding the moonstone went really light and I could no longer physically feel the stone. So interesting!! 🥰🥰

Mine was a tiny pure white piece. And my receiving hand felt so heavy?? Seriously it was so weird how tight and heavy it was while I was touching the piece, idk what that meant but definitely gonna work with it more

When I did this mediation I saw violet purple and near the end bits or turquoise and purple. So weird normally just see black /no colour! Anyone else?
