- Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Fudge - Smooth and Creamy with only TWO Ingredients
1-16 oz container of Jif creamy peanut butter (or brand of your choice)
1-16 oz container Pillsbury Salted Caramel Frosting
Empty the peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl and set aside.
In a separate microwave safe bowl, empty the entire container of salted caramel frosting into the bowl and set aside.
Microwave each bowl in the microwave for ONE minute. Remove from the microwave and stir to be sure all ingredients are melted and well blended. Allow each mixture to cool slightly for about two minutes. Add the melted frosting to the melted peanut butter and blend with a spatula to incorporate the two ingredients. Continue to blend until the mixture shows no streaks of frosting and the color in uniform.
Using a 8x8 dish lined with wax or parchment paper, pour the mixture into the dish and smooth. Place in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours to set.
After two hours, remove fudge from the refrigerator, gently pull the paper to release the fudge, and slice into individual pieces. Store the fudge in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Enjoy!

Peanut butter fudge has always been my favorite. This recipe is brilliant...thank you!🎉
So glad you enjoyed the video and it’s so easy to make. The hardest part is waiting for it to setup in the refrigerator! 😉 I can’t wait for you to try it! I hope you have a blessed day!!!
I am so glad to see that you scrape your bowls. It drives me nuts to see people leave a lot of stuff in the bowls. To me it's a waste. My mother always scraped her bowls.
Ok. Since I happened across your site last week I’m on my 7th pan of this stuff. Just made four this evening and I’m shipping two down to Bandera Texas to a friend and two down to Scottsdale to my brother and his family for Christmas. Thank you for sharing.
That looks so yum yum yummy!!Thank you!!!!Will definitely try!!!!🙏💜
So glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a blessed day!!!
I make fudge at Christmas only the ones I make peanut butter for I will ask them if they would like to try it with the caramel thank you thank you thank you for the good recipes blessed day😊
I have made the salted carmel fudge this past year,
I did not do my peanut butter and frosting severally, I did them both together as I do with all the other flavors..
Came out perfectly..
Good to know! I always do them separate and have great results. Thanks for your input and sharing your experience. I appreciate it! So glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a blessed day!!!
So glad you enjoyed this video and my love of fudge. I’m a fan of all flavors and this is definitely the easiest peanut butter fudge recipe. The addition of Salted caramel add a beautiful flavor profile. So glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a blessed day!!!
@stephsstovebystephaniethom7249 I have been thinking about trying the coconut pecan frosting, but don't think it will be thick enough may have to add some powder sugar to it..
If you think of it,
Look up sugar cookie fudge
O.m.g. IT WAS SO SO GOOD AND REALLY EASY
I will; thanks for the tip! I make my own pecan coconut frosting for German Chocolate Cake and it’s DELICIOUS! I will film it and post soon.
Salted caramel anything is my favorite!! Especially with chocolate!! I’ve never thought about having it with peanut butter though…or made in a fudge. I’ll definitely have to try this!!
I tried this with Strawberry frosting and white chocolate chips. DELICIOUS
Yummy! I will give this a try too! 😉 So glad you enjoyed the video and I appreciate you sharing your experience. I hope you have a blessed day!!!
I am happy I ran up on your page, I am in a baking mood this year, so I will be making tbis AND your payday recipe. HAPPY HOLIDAYS & God Bless
Thank you for the recipe.
I'm looking forward to making this fudge for Christmas.
I haven't used the salted caramel frosting before.
Love this video recipe idea !!! Thanks Steph !!! We ❤ watching Steph's Stove !!!
Did mine sugar free icing .❤
Wow, looks yummy. Thanks for the video, going to try it.
So glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a blessed day!!!
This sounds delicious 😋
Fantastic great
Will natural peanut butter work or does it need to be processed peanut butter?
The Jif natural should work fine in this recipe. However, if you mean a true natural (like homemade peanut butter) I would say no. The regular Jif produces such a smooth texture it is just amazing. Almost sinfully delicious 🤤 I can’t wait for you to make it!!! So glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a blessed day!!!
Thank you excellent recipe to try🙏
I am so glad i found your channel!
I love to make candy!
Tried your fried cabbage for dinner….it smells so delish!!
Just waiting patiently for another 15 minutes…. Yummmmm
I came across your channel and subscribe. Made this fudge for years. I microwave my peanut butter and frosting together "no problem ". Peanut butter and chocolate frosting taste like Reese peanut butter cups to me. Even used Chunky peanut butter a few times. Would think any frosting would work. Merry Christmas.
Peanut butter and chocolate are always a winner!!! I bet that it delicious. 🤤 I will definitely give it a try. Thanks for watching and sharing your experience with me. Have a blessed day and a very Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄
Thank you steph, these make good Christmas presents❤ and good to my mouth😂
This looks amazing and a recipe I'm going to have to try. Looks so good. I bet you could do the peanut butter with chocolate too, couldn't you? Pecans or peanuts would be good too.
I think chocolate chips would be fine or nuts as an addition. However, I would not melt chocolate into this fudge. Chocolate tends to setup much firmer than this fudge recipe and I feel it would take away from the beautiful texture. So glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a blessed day!!!
My favorite way to have peanutbutter fudge is with marshmellow cream. How could I mix in marshmellow cream into this? I'm used to stove top
Can this be used in my peanut butter cookies? Will it hold up in baking?
Stop girl, youre😂😂 making my mouth water😂😂
I make old-fashioned fudge on the stove. It tàkes a while though.
Okay?
looks very delicious but we not have a walmart in europe, so ...
Hello 👋 Europe! Amazon also has the frosting, if you have access and any creamy peanut butter will work. So glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a blessed day!!!
I don't microwave anything. Can I do it on the stove
You can, but it will take awhile.
Is it 16oz. or 2 Cups?
A 16-oz jar of peanut butter of your choice. Thanks for watching and your question. Have a blessed day and a Merry Christmas!!! 🎁🎄
Let me guess…you were taught Common Core math.

Wrong again Chuck. It’s called “Product Density.” Here’s hoping you didn’t homeschool your kids.
16oz=2 cups

How many cups is 16oz of feathers Tammy? Do you understand now? It’s called “Product Density” What size container do you put 10lbs of feathers in? 10lbs of concrete?
See how that works?
8 Oz =1 cup
