*_"Ode to idli " : William Wordsworth style_*
I wandered lonely as a cloud,
That floats o'er vales & hills,
When all at once I saw a sight,
That filled my heart with thrills.
    Amidst the noisy city streets,
Where life was in full sway,
    There stood a humble eatery,
    Where idli held its sway.
Its steam arose in gentle waves,
As it sat in its steel plate,
    With chutneys by its side,
    Ready to tantalize the taste.
A soft, fluffy mound it was,
    Of rice & lentil divine,
    Its texture light as feather,
    Its taste, a magic sign.
The idli sat there in its grace,
    A symbol of simple delight,
A creation born of patient wait,
A culinary poetry in its own right.
No pomp or grandeur did it boast,
    No fancy flavors it wore,
Yet it stood as a testament,
To the beauty of being pure.
The first bite brought a symphony,
    Of flavors, subtle & mild,
A blend of earth & fire,
    That left me beguiled.
And as I savored each morsel,
    In that idli’s company,
I felt a sense of tranquility,
    A connection to eternity.
    For in that unassuming dish,
I found a taste of the sublime,
A reminder of life's simple joys,
In a world that often seems unkind.
_So let us celebrate the idli,_
    _In Wordsworth's poetic style,_
_A humble food that brings us peace,_
    _And makes our hearts beguile._
_Oh, idli, you are a work of art,_
    _A masterpiece on a plate_
_In your simplicity lies a wisdom,_
    _That the world must appreciate._
_Thus, let us raise a toast,_
_To the idli, so pure & true,_
    _May its essence forever live,_
_In our hearts & in our stew._

I was on asthma medication for a long time and when I started the simple habit of walking half an hour a day. I did it for general health but I surprisingly stopped needing my asthma medication and now I've been off it for quite some time now. Also I live in a place which is less polluted. But that wasn't helping me be off medicine until I started walking daily.

Great video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

Luke thank you for allowing us to understand emotional information and communication which is key. Mental and emotional health is a long winded process and clinical depression so social media fear or failure since people are unaware of what is happening around them. Trauma inhereted or passed from generations is another fad or mindfulness on digital detox hold back is a learning curve in. Nature hiking... 😅 😊 Dr Pal wonderful interviewing and the two of you are making a remarkable contribution to society . Best wishes and would like more information of retraining our mind to reduce our food habit 😊...
