My condo (owned) is 477 sq ft. It’s built like a square tho so no space wasted! (No hall, separate entry way, etc). I actually have a separate bedroom and huge bathroom (4 shower heads!) and average-sized kitchen and living room. I do not have a dining room tho-or space for bar countertops. So I eat at my coffee table or at my desk in my room bc I work from home! It’s small BUT bright and airy!! Faces the sun so it’s super bright:) I’m happy.

Loooooved this video. I am definitely one to always find more space in my tiny room, and never found the right Murphy bed for myself. I opted for a folding bed frame that is easy to deal with when moving-but that’s it. My bed still takes up tons of space. Can’t wait to see more of these! ☁️☁️
Hi! I absolutely love every aspect of your studio makeover and want endless like this! On one note, could you please give us a detailed description of how you made the DIY lamp? For example when you cut off the switch, which side of the switch did you cut off? The side leading to the bulb socket or the side leading to the wall plug? And how did you reattach it? You must have had two sides of the cable either disconnected from the socket or the plug. I am very confused!
Thanks! Sure I can: 1. I cut both the switch & plug 🔌 off, so the only thing remaining is the pendant that holds the bulb and the cord. 2. I fish the cord through one elbow so that the pendant that holds the lightbulb 💡 is connected, them assemble the lamp as shown from top to bottom, fishing the cord through each piece of piping as I go along. 3. Now that the lamp is fully constructed, I take the cord sticking out of the bottom “foot’ of the lamp (which is now roughly two feet long) and attach it to a completely new plug 🔌 i bought, by opening the cord casing, separating the wires, & screwing the severed wires into the device. 4. Lastly, I glued the pendant to the elbow joint so it sits nicely, and taped it into place while it dried. Done!
I love the lamp its beautiful and the style is totally me, might do this when I get my own apartment! The place is also gorgeous and I love your eye for design!
The thing is used for the wall doesn't detect wires. It lets you know where the structure wood pallets are. And every time it dinged is where you could have nailed into the wall.
this is actually an all-in-one device that detects wood beams, metal pipes, and AC wires. So i was using the live wire setting to avoid the electrical running along this wall.
The diy lamp got me subscribing. This is amazing. Only issue is the quick after shot scenes. Hard to take in all the details without pausing every other shot. ☁️🌤⛅⛈🌧🌦🌞🌝🌝😊
