    This has been a game changer!! I didn't realize how much I was making things worse when I thought I was "helping". Feeling anxious? Ohp, off I go to the treadmill, cold shower, sit outside! The past few nights while watching TV and got anxious, I was going to spring into action, but instead sat with it and accepted it. Did nothing. My symptoms passed and I feel so confident!

    Is it normal to feel like your arms are light/weightless when you focus on them? Like certain parts of your body feels numb or missing when an episode occurs.
