Some of you people complaining about half squat and 1/4 squat. When you go all the way down your hamstrings and glutes come into play. The so-called half squat focuses on the tear drop part of the quads.

He explained that bodybuilding does lots of partial movements as the ideal was to emulate the Golds Gym logo of the time big muscles between tiny joints. However, I have seen Johnnie Jackson and Branch Warren training and doing powerlifting style squats in the off season. Full below parallel squats.

Maybe you have a point though, maybe a lot of these guys don't train hard and push themselves in front of a camera (when they actually should be) but keep the hardcore workouts for when no one is watching lol

synthol is bad stuff,i would never use it but steroids used in moderation are not harmful.ive used steroids,it is not cheating in my eyes.as the work i had to do was double what i did before. they have their time and place,synthol does not belong in the sport

yes and you can do it with a dumbbell to isolate your lats but you will need to be laying down half way on a bench

since it's leg workout, he is more trying to hit the upper part of his quads or his satorius, but you're right it also hits the lower abs
