This was one of the most helpful reviews I found. Most of them are unboxing vids and/or only first impressions. The fact you had these and used them as your daily work wear for like a year really gives you a unique perspective other reviewers lack. You also weren't padding for time or rambling, while you also covered everything important.
Now my question for you, bc I couldn't find anything so far online to answer this:
My PC has ALL USB 3.0, not a single USB 2.0 to be found. Does this mean I can't use this headset at all? 😂
I really wanted this one as I have sensory processing issues and comfort is my biggest determining factor in chosing this headset. There's really nothing equivalent that ticks all the boxes I need. So I'm really hoping I can sill find a way to make this headset work on my PC.

I just tried switching the dongle back to my two USB 3.0 ports and it seems to be working fine for the moment. It's been so long since I've used that port for the headset, I can't remember if the issue takes some time to creep up or not.
Again, my build is from like 2017 with just one or two upgrades over the years, so it could be my old ass PC.

Funnily enough my PC is a pre-built from 2016, so I'm not sure how well things will behave for me either.
I have no idea why my 2016 PC has a bajilion USB 3.0 slots and even a USB C but no USB 2.0. It was pretty expensive I think so that might be it? It was my highschool graduation gift.
I am planning on upgrading the PC eventually though so might just be time to start saving up for it.
In other news, I just watched several of your other tech reviews. Very good content even with the cellphone camera video! ;)
I have USB 3.2 and now I'm scared that if I'll buy these headphones i wouldn't be able to use them

I own a pair of astros A45 and 50s and honestly I love this Logitech headphones, specially since I wear glasses I don’t get any discomfort from them! Great review!

I have this also for a year. Didnt have your issues though.
Only complaint is when I play Overwatch or Warzone the battery lasts maybe 16h, but when I play WoW it last a week easily.
Top sound , mic, comfy and light, I will also be buying a new headband for it because mine looks similar!
@senf glas That's really weird how it lasts longer while playing WoW. I don't think I've ever heard of that happening. Glad you're not experiencing any of my issues!
@@Risc_Tech Had mine for a year and a half and it's just like new. I'm also considering buying a new headband because mine is all bent up. Other than that, it's the best headset I've had.
Nice, these things are amazing! I feel like my second headband is lasting longer than my first too.
Im pretty sure in the instructions it says the dongle MUST be plugged directly into the motherboard via usb.
edit: also when u mute, the lights glow red and go back to your normal colors. They glow green when you unmute.
Can you change the ratio of how much you hear the game in relation to the players?
Are these headsets better than the G933 in terms of comfort (big heads and big ears) and sound? I am using the G933 that I bought 5 years ago and I start to have problems whit the sound when they are on wireless.
Would you still recommend buying them now after 2 years or is there a better one for the same price range?
I just bought this after my hyperX cloud earbuds died and I have to say for 3x time the price, this one's sound quality is pretty bad, not even equal to the hyperX cloud earbuds. I tried tweaking the EQ for some time but it didnt get much better. Just sad :(

The biggest problem with this headset it logitech drivers "Logitech G HUB". Volume wheel problem is driver software problem, reinstall drivers and its fixed. Also my g733 have a problem with charging. It says battery is like 6% i plug it in and nothing happens, both headset and HUB tells me its not charging... unistall G HUB and bam it appears they were charging and they are 80%... Great, light and comfy headset with decent mic but if you buy it you will reinstall software like every 1-2 weeks
im stuck on which one to buy this one or the hs80.

Yeah that's a tough choice between the two. I'm probably biased towards the g733 having used them for the past year.
@@Risc_Tech @Coco in all honestly, I have had two sets of Corsair, both the void pro and h70 pro, both of them had battery issues after just over a year, and won't hold a charge at all this is why i am giving Logitech a go.

@@Risc_Tech what happen to your g733? Did it stopped working? Are you able to rma it?
No they still work. There are just a couple tiny things that act up every once in a while but they are quality of life issues, not performance. Like the volume wheel doesn't work (happens once every couple months).
Edit: I realize how my last comment came off. I meant hope these last longer for him than his Corsairs.
Does this headset fully isolate you from outside noises?
Hey 7sins, no it does not. The ear cushion is wrapped in this breathable mesh. It provides a little isolation but nothing superb
How hot is it to wear for long periods?

you actually think that this is more comfortable than a hyperX headset? what HyperX headset are you rocking buddy? cloud 2 is the most comfortable headset i've ever bought,it's so comfortable for hours of using it,i dont know why,but this G733 is also a comfortable one but not as comfy as HyperX cloud 2,sadly my cloud 2 headband leather has cracked and ew it drops to my hair and made my hair dirty and i've only realized that few months after it started cracking badly,this headset sound quality for gaming is actually a topline and as far as my ear can hear it's as good as a cloud 2 that many people agree has the best audio quality for gaming,but G733 falls of in the music category,it's far worse than my old cloud 2,and i dont event want to compare it with my ATH M50XBT because it's and audio specialist brand that mainly focus on professional audio purpose,it doesnt provide the deep audio quality that a good headset needs to be when you want to hear a music,so if you're looking into a headset that's balanced,this is not your go to,get another headset,but because of it's very lightweight body,it wont disturb your head and you dont even feel like you're wearing a headset
you want to buy G733 if : you're looking into a gaming focused headset and not musically oriented ; you're looking for a budget wireless headset that has a good balance of comfortable and lightweight ; you're only a PC gamer because this headset dongle is type A USB and that means that G733 is not a multiplatform
if you're looking for a multiplatform gaming headset at roughly simmilar price as G733 the corsair HS80 might be your choice as it has a type C dongle and most phone now has type C port
By far the most comfortable headset I've ever used!

I went with white just cause of my PC tower, but yes these are the important questions.
this is the trashiest headset i have ever tried .. it condensed my head now im banana
