I have glasses, I have never experienced a reflection while wearing this headset. Just to help some of my fellow glasses users.
Edit : I actually do see reflections, it’s just not noticeable, unless I’m purposefully trying to see it.

I’ll be buying these, this is a clutch reply. I hope mine don’t reflect. I’ll try them in the shop though
I wear Glasses and sometimes I see the reflections but tbh they are not distracting.
Yes u right, it does have a reflection but for me It doesn't really distract me when I'm playing games or doing something because I always focus watching on the screen

man i did love these headphones, the mic was amazing, and they were comfortable. but my god they were so quiet in surround sound mode.

@@danrock54321 yeah i went from the g533 to the g733 and the mic and the sound lacks a bit in comparison however its insanely comfortable so i still consider keeping it.

Man I do have glasses, and I can confirm that it does reflect the lights.
If you're wondering I'm wearing the Asian style round piece glasses and they're relatively big and I do turn off the lights on my headset they're not particularly annoying me but it just concerns me that I'm not sure if it's unhealthy at all so I'd turn them off since I wouldn't be need to seeing them during gaming

This is low key the prettiest head set I have ever seen. I do think it's funny that you were critical of the mic and the sound quality but this is your "favorite headset". It's fair to be critical of the things that we like, and at the same time those two features are the core functionality of a headset so if the mic quality and the sound quality aren't great then you may as well have a paper weight.
To me at least audio performance on gaming headsets seems secondary to aesthetics and comfort, I think that's generally why people buy them. At the end of the day if you're after pure performance a gaming headset will never beat a pair of proper headphones from sennheiser etc so in that respect I'm okay with them just sounding average :)
@@TechTesseract Sorry for late post. But just finished watching your review. You said the mic quality was ok, and the sound was not bad. I'm not sure how it becomes your favorite headphones just because they look nice. They're on your head for the most part, and i don't know why it should be inexcusable to have sub par audio/mic on a higher end headset.

So, my Brother (which he's around his 20s) gave this Headset to me, since I never really expected him to do so... but he had it for a couple of Months, and by the time I've watched the near End of this Video. It's helpful that I didn't know by now, that the Headset can be changed by a Couple of Things; but there's nothing bad about this Video. It's really Helpful; and the "Glasses" moment as well... Tesseract. 👀👍

I need this headset so badly
I'm having difficulty playing apex with them due to the sound. I used their custom FPs presets plus surround sound but I believe it could be louder. They are def amazing to look at though lol.
Maybe you have 7.1 or 5.1 enabled in the audio settings, check if it is

When you use the headset can you hear yourself through the mic? On G430 the mic is always on and that’s the major reason why these are my fav. Does this headset have this always on mic feature? I’d be happy to get an answer, thanks!

I'm curious as to what the other headsets are that you are comparing it to.
Nice looking headset, but my corsair voids seemed to be louder and more clear. Idk if I have to adjust it from the default settings but out of the box I'm not all that impressed with the sound quality.
I have these in black, and they are great. I have been using them for about 3 months and really cannot fault them.

For the price the sound quality is not bad, little on the quiet side, but can be tweaked in the software to adjust it to get it pretty good.

How does it compare to the arctis 7? I currently have the arctis 7s and I absolutely hate them. I had a logitech g430 prior to my arctis 7
So the sound quality is just okay. What would be some examples of terrific sound quality? I've had a Sennheiser 363d for years but it's finally time to replace.

i'm coming from Astro A50, Logitech G935, and Corsair Virtuoso, this headset is better than all three. It's just not that loud that I want it to be, but it's loud enough for most people. Trust me with that one, headset is amazing!
Hey how's the headset doing out for you. How's the mic like? People tend to bash these so bad but I'd like to get them to game and hopefully use them for work (Reason why the mic is so important too haha)
@@GabrielRodriguez-uf1rk Hello, Microphone is also amazing due to the "Blue" plugin imported. Basically, there's an EQ for it too, so your voice will sound like from a way higher quality mic, since it provides extra bass to your voice. Everything can be done to your liking! As for the headself itself: in the beginning it was quite a tight fit, but I think it got loose a bit, because it's perfectly fine now. RGB is nice looking, also full manual control available there, aesthetics are awesome, but what I really like the most is that the headset is really light. The only downside for me is that the headset can't go loud enough, at least for my taste. To be completely honest, it's loud enought for most people. I suggest you not to use the integrated surround sound option, it sucks. Just use the basic two options: trble and bass. Put the treble to +12 and bass to +10. I've found that these settings are even better than a custom EQ settings. Bass is enough and highs and mids are clear when these settings are applied!
