    Logitech might have a real winner here at the budget tier of gaming headsets with the G435. They might look like something you find in the toy section, but they might be the ideal gift for the little gamer in your life. You might want to buy a separate microphone, though.

    Hey could you guys start adding frequency response graphs in? Because they really tell you alot about the sound

    • @xmlthegreat
      @xmlthegreat 2 ปีที่แล้ว +103

      They tell you a lot but not enough. E.g. I have a pair of Sony XB-900F or whatever, the bassy wireless earbuds. If you compare those to the KZ ZST IEMs that I have on RTings, the frequency response graph says the Sony has more bass response, but the KZs just have much clearer bass parts where you can hear each frequency properly, and distinguish instruments really well in that zone. Frequency response charts are just one metric. The only way you know a pair of earbuds is for you is if they sound good to you.

    • @cianbrady1557
      @cianbrady1557 2 ปีที่แล้ว +65

      @@xmlthegreat very true! But still really needed in a headphone video I recon. Like when he said the highs in the raindrops weren't really there, but the headphones sounded really detailed. The detail is in the high end is it not? That just confused me. Would've had a better understanding of the sound if they added a frequency response graphs in my opinion.

      WTH MAN JUST 24 hours ago I was literally searching if Logitech had released a successor to the G433 and BOOM!! Just a day later you guys post a video about it. I mean is this telepathy or something? Like 1.5 years after buying my last headphones I browse for a new one and just a day later Logitech listens to me and announces a new pair. I honestly can't explain how amazed I am, and probably sound crazy by writing all this.
      Even just 24 hours ago, during my search, I didn't find a single mention of a G435 anywhere and was thinking quite a lot about how much I would love to have a G435 if it's reasonably featured and price, and releases within a few months, not knowing it would be way less than that :-). This is just phenomenal and I find it difficult to stop writing about...!

      Logitech's headsets tend to have terrible build quality and the microphones are garbage, but the sound quality is usually good for the price. Unfortunately for me, if I want something wireless to be able to chat with friends on Discord while I do the dishes or something, they're the only ones that fit my small head comfortably. Corsair was by far the worst for me; even on the smallest settings their headsets would fall right off! Steelseries, unfortunately, wasn't great either.

    for anyone reading, this headset is very good for like vr, and the battery is totally decent, you can go like max volume for like 6 hours on vrc and +11 with mid volume, it's not uncomfortable at all and very hard to brake, it feels cheap but only because it's all made out of plastic making it super light, and the audio quality is also very good for any kind of game , not for any kind of music, specially more bass demanding styles. This is my personal experience, I have this headset for over 3 months and I've had more then 20 different headset, this won't take the crown but I really think they're worth the value for like vr or like, apex (that I also play a lot)

    I bought a set of USB-wired Logitech G635s for $80-90 and I'm very happy with them. The microphone is very good, though the same can't be said for the Bluetooth G635s. The USB G635s also sound very good compared to other headsets I've had, which admittedly have all been of the "budget" variety, and the virtual 7.1 surround can completely change a gaming experience in a positive way when supported well. Finally, they'll fit on at least 95% of people's heads comfortably; the ear cushions are even large enough to support up to 1 inch gauge piercings, which was a vital selling point for me.

    i got the same headset from amazon that was on sale for aroudn 30 dollars, and bought it, sounds better then my airpods which i spent about 150 dollars on, and is overall a very good headset and the only complaint is the lack of adjustability for the head
