you guys need to know that there more than one type of acne scars, this product just leans in more to a specific one which is inflammatory hyperpigmentation type acne scar
I had mild post acne scars after treating my acne skin for months. Then I decided to use salicylic acid for scars and turned out to be the worst decision I had ever taken in my life. It totally messed up my skin and left me dealing with acnes all over again 😭😭😭
Did it get better when you stopped using it? I’ve heard that it gets worse before it gets better because it cleans from inside the skin. I have a lot of scars too and just started using a salicylic acid cleanser.
Dont stop, keep going. Your skin is purging, that means the face wash is working. After all while your skin will begin to clear up. If you don't believe me look it up.
Just thought I’d let everyone know these are not acne “scars” they’re pigmentation, scars are usually indented and there’s two kinds of pigmentation, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation which is usually purple/dark brown in color and post inflammatory erythema, which are the light pink/bright red marks. Figuring out which one exactly you have is what’s going to help you tackle those pigmentation spots
Something that helped me a lot was, sunscreen for sure, using a gentle cleanser (I use the la roche posay one) and a nice moisturizer I use the cetaphil one. The main star was adapalene I also use the one from la roche posay.
Usually when people talk about acne scars they are referring to those craters in your face that are left behind after some severe acne episodes. If you have those then use Panthenol and Allantoin scar gel. It worked for me.
@@studychannel8583 Sorry didn't see your comment at first. No but it's probably way more than 2%. Maybe around 40% and it has to be mixed with Allantoin for it to work.

How do i fix an acne scar which is not dark but just a bump of thin skin? It's on the tip of my nose. I'm so insecure about this. 😭 Story: So I had an acne on the tip of my nose. Now it's been years and it' still there. What can I do? Please someone give me a solution. 😭🙏
I’ve used so many acne scar gels, toners with salisilyc acid vitamin c etcetera, but. Only hydroquinone 2% vanish them. But sadly can’t use them all the time. Have to take a rest and use them again.

Thanks for this! I mostly experience those light pink to red marks called post inflammatory erythema (P.I.E). What would brown pores be called too? As a form of scarring like post inflammatory hyperpigmentation or would those be like blackheads? @@user-pl2oj9xi9l Aw hey, I honestly feel I struggle with it.
