A couple of years ago I did a series where I shared my entire acne story...from how it affected me emotionally to how I was finally able to heal it, but what I really haven’t talked a lot about is my acne scars. I’ve dealt with hyperpigmentation as well as pitted or indented acne scarring. In this video, I share my complete acne scars journey with before and after pictures. I talk about everything I’ve done to heal them with natural home remedies as well as professionally with microneedling treatments. I'll also be sharing my current acne scars skincare routine!

If you have Cystic acne is caused by unbalanced hormones. Please eliminate all refined sugars and white flour. Lots of veg and fruit. Try high dosage if Vitamin B 5, just be patient as going the natural takes a couple of months. Roaccutane is the other option, but not for pregnant or lactating women

You should NOT be using a derma roller at 1.5 2x times a week!! First that's very deep for at home and second you need at least 4 weeks in between to build collagen or you WILL worsen your acne scarring😢

@@iamvanessae I tried 4 sessions of subcision. You can actually feel the tethering of scars, like they're attached on the bottom tissue. And on my last session, it's actually better. I'm just using tretinoin now. So I did 2 sessions of chemical peel, 2 sessions microneedling, 5 sessions of fraxel and 4 sessions of subcision. My skin has a lot of atropic scars but now it's a lot better. It's still there but it's minimal.
