Would love to see the video of how you mounted the Roofnext to your Toyota. I have a 2006 Toyota Sequoia with factory rails and wanting to purchase this tent , just not sure if it will mount on factory roof.
Hey Anita, thanks for the comment. Unfortunately these rails I featured in this video did not allow quite enough clearance underneath to easily mount the roofnest. I would recommend some heavy duty cross bars that stick up higher vs these low profile ones. Hopefully that helps!
Can you add a video of how you trimmed the wheel well to fit the bigger tires? I have the same 4Runner and I want to do the same set up for wheels/tires/leveler as yours.
I need to still trim a little more and clean it up so at some point I may do a video! But I really just trimmed the bump out near the middle bottom of the liner. You see it right away once the larger tires are on it sits really close to the tire and is the primary place the tire rubs. Hope that gets you started!
Almost 0 wind noise! However, these have proven difficult to mount to because of how low profile they are. We actually weren’t able to use our RTT with them.
Hey, good Q. As I recall these came fairly quick, about a week maybe? I remember they gave specific lead times on their website, not sure if they still do or not.
I need to do an update video on this! These cross bars ended up being too low to easily get the tent on and off. I’m planning to switch to more traditional cross bars. I think you could make these work but you’d have to have special tools to fit in the tight space between roof and bottom of bars.

Thanks for this post as I look for overland solutions within the factory rails. How's the wind noise without a fairing? Thanks

Been 2 years . Any rust ? Thanks
Looking to get these, still like them?
Yeah, love them! They didn’t add any wind noise that we could notice either.
What's up man, I know this video is a year old but I been wanting to get crossbars from Victory4x4 too. How long do they take to ship?

How is the wind noise
Haven’t noticed any wind noise with these 💪🏼
Do the work on 2012 highland?
That’s a good question. I don’t believe these do. You can check their website for more info! www.victory4x4.com
Do this company sell any wind fairing cross bar?
I’m don’t recall…here’s their website: www.victory4x4.com
Any wind noise?
None that I can notice
how long before they rusted?
So far so good!
