My factory cam work and eco/park sense and trac control works my sport button but u can activate it under the radio car setting with the other car functions
Soo my bro installed mine and we got lucky everything from steering controls to even the camera work on mine I did lose my sport mode control tho. Thank you so much your video was so much help!!

im having issues finding the climate control on the screen to be abel to control them, any suggestions? thanks in advance
@cesarguzman4101 did you switch the connector? There is a small 2 pin connector that speaks to all that. I think that happened to me. I didnt put that in the video? Theres 2 connectors. You have to try one over the other.

You need to change the camera settings and it will work ! My trouble is the traction control and eco button they don't work!
I think it depends on the unit. Did you switch that 2 wire plug?
No l just went in reverse camera options and there was 3 or 4 different settings for the video signal l tried all of them and eventually one of them worked! I will take a photo when l get the car back !
My only issue is with the eco button and the traction control button the hazard lights work

So there wasn’t A way to connect the camera
There wasnt a way to use the factory one..they gave us an aftermarket one and he didnt want to pay for the extra labor.
Trying to install but i got that issue you had where the ac etc doesnt work, tried swapping the canbus wires but still no dice, is it supposed to be canbus 2p to canbus 2p?
Did you physically turn off both, the car and radio before and after swapping? I would recommend doing that every time you swap the wires. Its like a reset so they can start communicating. Lmk

Not sure..I wasnt the owner and I cant answer that..but I would assume so..but dont hold me to that..lol
This was not compatible with the oem camera
It wasnt fpr me either. Bit the bigger problem was that his factory radio was no good so I couldnt see if it wouldve worked BEFORE I removed it. So yes, it did not work with factory camera as I said in the video.
How did you get the eco button to work ?
Not sure. Did your truck have the eco button before the install?

Does it have all the same functionality as the original? Heated and cooled seats, mirror dimmer, heated wheel ect...
I cant say all that, but im pretty sure it did. The vehicle itself did not though. So the truck I put it in didnt have heated or cooled seats. So the radio wouldnt respond to it. But its all done via data, so I would say 95 percent certainty that if the vehicle has the option, the radio would control it. But theres still that 5 percent. Lol

I dont think he realized that til after.🤣🤣 but for the money I presume. It was a lot cheaper than doing anything else. Its a trend now to do the tesla style radios. You should see how many vehicles we can do this to. Not my cup of tea either. But im just the installer, what do I know. ? 🤪🤣. My store shares my thoughts exactly. You should check it. Too funny. 🤣🤣

Good question. Didnt even check but I think if the customer saw that or if it didnt, he wouldve called me. So I would say yes it did, but not 100% sure. Is it its own plug? Or attached to everything else via data? I dont remember that either.
