    Taking a hot bath will plummet your body temperature: when taking the hot bath the temperature at the skin surface will increase , when going out of the bath , you’ll transfer ( and lose ) all this heat to the environment around you (because colder ) that’s why your body temperature will decrease. Good thing : that’s what our body does before falling asleep (decreasing temperature) so this should help to fall asleep more easily

    Thank you for sharing this tip of diping my feet in tub of luke warm water ( for about 15 minutes) which relaxes the nervous system and then prepares the body for deep sleep, thereby recharging me for the next day. Thanks. Anthony from Santacruz, Mumbai, India.

    *Wudhu) is a cleansing ritual or ablution that is an important part of purity and cleanliness in Islam.

      Why the right side when the left side is where elimination goes? The internal organs like the heart too all on left side, so if the body is laying on right side, it works harder to digest and eliminate and causes stress in the body and brain. So in reality no, this is not helping with purification. True purification is about the mind and heart, eliminating greed, hate and anger and delusion so bad digestion can cause anger and terrible thoughts that are evil 🙏

I realized that I couldn't use the city water from the sink to do this as it's filled with chlorine and flourine so I've been meaning to buy a few gallons of purified water from the store and it slipped my mind. But you reminded me. So TODAY I will give it a try and put some magnesium salts in with it. I will let you know for sure. Thanks, God's love and goodness always!

    I find this beneficial. So can you make videos on how to survive in night shift and on call shift… As for me it’s really hard to manage as I have no fix schedule … I do most nightshift and sometimes extra shifts… plz make videos on it…

    I didn’t see your video till this morning but it’s funny because I couldn’t sleep last night until I washed my feet and put on a think layer of lotion. Afterwards I fell asleep pretty quickly. So if anyone is doubting this just try it . What do you have to lose.

    My hack to deep sleep. Do push up 50 times an hour before sleep and you'll sleep like a baby. It works!
