Is This The Weirdest City On Earth? 🇹🇭

Some cities are phenomenal, some cities are dull, some are pristine, while others are laden with graffiti.
While some are extremely bizarre, I've yet to find one that matches the 'FULL' weirdness factor of Pattaya in Thailand.
There's ALWAYS something strange going on at EVERY hour of the day (or night) in this city.
This particular video was taken approximately 02:30 hours in morning.
