Love your videos and extatic on moving to pattaya in a couple years. Can you do a video going down jomtien beach road to where the la royale condos are? I like that place but I would like to see what is around it ....if it's to quiet an area and to far from things or just right. Thanks in advance
This condominium is in Najomtien and quiet location. 8km away from Jomtien Beach Sign and 6 km away from Jomtien Night Market. You have to walk 750-800 Mt for Bahtbus (Pattaya-Jomtien) starting point. I checked the condominium , and yes, nice and safe. There is also a 2BR unit 100-150 sqmt large condo but expensive. I see mo they rates are in between 25.000-65.000 depending on the square meter of the condo. You may check Lumpini Park, which is on Jomtirn Beach Road, and the bahtbus route is at the gate, in lumpini 2 bedrooms around 60 sqmt but 25.000 baht monthly. I made some videos about condominiums in the jomtirn area. You will see that there are many cheaper condominiums available in central locations.
@PattayaCityNotes thanks for the info. I love that condo, and my price range is up to 100000 baht a month. I'm looking for 150 Sq meter and up....need my space, but that appears to be to far from the action for me. I guess I need to look more around the dongtan beach and start of jomtien beach area for my needs. Thanks again for the info. BTW your opening music is kick ass. Is it self made? Are you sure this is Songkran?
No, nobody was sure when the songkran actually started. 😁. The new announcement was 3 months ago, and it says songkran is in between 1-21 April. But there was a drone show for welcoming songkran 2024 whi h was done at 29-30 march evening (I already make this drone show video and upload to my channel), and it says songkran is in between 12-21 April 😁. We all know for long years that Sonkgran is between 13-19 April in Pattaya in other cities. This is just 3 days in this 13-19 April. So streets are dry, may be because of this confusion . I will make another Songkran in Jomtien video on 18th April, and I hope we will see the crowds playing water in that next video.

Friday was quiet and after 3pm picked up on Soi 7. Today has been fantastic after 2pm watching the kids out and some adults. It should be once a month.
I will make another Songkran in Jomtien video on 18th April.

Yes, i agree with you. I will make another Jomtien video in the last 2 days of the Songkran. There might be more crowds.
