It's not all about muscles. you need to give your body one or two rest days during a week to let your joints to recover because they need more time to recover than muscle.
Exactly man, I'm surprised to see no rest days, back off 2 days from weight training (especially the delts, use lighter weight) have a cardio day, where you take a walk or bike/ swming,

What a video simplest and most effective video I have ever seen and am going to use for a long time thanks man been looking for this for ages that deserves a sub!👍🔥
Best workout video i have seen on youtube ❤ . Much needed
Thank you for sharing. I've just started the gym a few weeks ago but had no idea what to do after 7+ years without working out. Been following along and it's quite intense for me as I'm 41 in a few months but I'll persevere and hopefully the pain will ease off 🤣😅 Already seeing improvements though.
You can do it, bro
How has it been going
@Hula Balloo I ended up quitting and putting on another stone in weight but this was due to me starting a new job and other things life throws at you. I've just been through a month fasting to drop the additional weight gained over the last few months and I'm going to pick up where I left off this week. I'll keep you posted bro.
The best video ever
Thank you❤
Ultimate Guide for all gym lovers...Thnks for creating such an illustrative Guide Book🤘🤘🤘
Had witnessed a lot of change after following this workout plan Thank you so much
keep going 💪 most welcome 👍
I know this is very late but about how long after did you notice real development? And a year later do you still experience change?
OP bro i learn everything in one video and full work out of full week thanks for video
Glad to hear that
this account deserves 1M+ subscribers and everyone else can agree with me literally. Best workout video by far hands down! keep up the good work!
My workout routine Can we go for this?
Mon - chest
Tue - shoulder
Wed - back
Thur - triceps
Fri - biceps
Sat - legs
Sun - rest
👍
Mines similar but just different days and usually I do my biceps and triceps same day but it takes 2 hours so I'm trying one day on each now. Lee Priest and rich piana have alot of great info too. RIP Piana
Your biggest muscle in your body and your hitting it at the end of the week once???
Legs will not grow minimum 2 times a week or even 3 times is even better
@@Jay_199 they get hit when I deadlift on back day so ya.... I'm making all kinds of gains and I work everything out once a week. Most everything gets hit with 30 working sets.
If you are a beginner, then go for this, otherwise do each workout twice a week.
My Plan
Monday - leg and forearms
Tuesday - tricep
Wednesday - bicep and calves
Thursday - shoulder
Friday - back and tricep
Saturday - chest and bicep
but how much time do you spend coz 40 mins is the maximum time, after that dont you go catabolic?
@@talhahabib339 that's total bullshit. I train for over 2 hours full body . Are you saying that every human on the planet has a magic timer in there body that at exactly 40 mins into training there body will then suddenly turn off and say " right that's 40 mins, now I will stop building muscle" do you realise just how silly all theses ridiculous training myths are???
@@donnn-ow4rj yes it is. Earlier i followed normal plan staring with chest and ending with legs. The gym where i go is not too spacious and equipments are limited so few weeks ago on monday many guys were benching before so i just thought to change my schedule. I think it's ridiculous to join others in their sets and to wait for your turn.
you train for 2 hours, coz you want to loose weight.for muscle building,2 hours is not ideal.i have been to all this.i used to work out for 90 mins, then i used to jog for 40 to 60 mins.i didnt gain shit.u know why?coz whatever i was gaining,i was loosing,by doing extra time at weight lifting and jogging .now i workout with minimal gap between sets like 20 to 30 seconds, for 40 mins. and with the gap of atleast 3 hours,i do hiit (sprints) for 10 to 12 mins max.10 mins warm up,10 mins sprints with very little gaps between the runs.i have experienced that catabolic state.whatever i gained,i loosed it while doing these lenghty drills.for first two years of doing these long ass exercises,i didnt gain shit.
@@donnn-ow4rj and i am working out almost regularly since 2012,and i started jogging in 2009,which i left in 2015 and since then i started sprinting, which totally changed my physeaque.coz i was no more in catabolic state.
Thank so much.....I wasted my time in the gym for a month....I couldn't ask anyone including the coach....through this video you can exercise without depending on anyone.........
Hello, I do a very different training for a long time and I have good results but a lot of shoulders pain!
Monday. Chest and bicep abs 10km0bike
Tuesday. Shoulders and triceps abs 10kmbike
Wednesday. Back and firearms
Thursday. Legs abs 10km bike
Friday chest and becep 10km bike and abs
Saturday shoulders and tripcep 10kmbike. Abs
Sunday back firearms abs and 10km bike. I have decent results but a lot of pain injuries! 105kg for 1,80m I eat all no diet lol and little belly fat but big muscles
It's not all about muscles.
you need to give your body one or two rest days during a week to let your joints to recover because they need more time to recover than muscle.
Exactly man, I'm surprised to see no rest days, back off 2 days from weight training (especially the delts, use lighter weight) have a cardio day, where you take a walk or bike/ swming,
This is the youtube best workout plan video

Workout
This is an amazing workout plan, really appreciate the effort you took to make this. Can we keep doing this workout regularly or do we need to do different workouts in between to focus on other muscle groups?
You have to follow this workout plan regularly at least 12 weeks to get visible results and you can add variations of exercise in this plan 👍
@@BuddyFitness Thanks a lot for clarifying this mate :) Just earned a new subscriber. Cheers!
