I've been doing this split for six weeks now. It's pretty good, but I've modified a little since starting. I throw a little chest in on Thursday and some calf raises on Saturday as nothing seems to focus on the calf muscles.
Update, since adding extra Chest on Thursday and calf workout, I'm growing nicely! People in the gym have even complimented my progress and are asking about my routine :) Not bad for an old guy! I always send them to BuddyFitness. @BuddyFitness you should have a way for us to send you before and after photos. Always good marketing.

That the Recovery time which allow muscles to grow. So one day gym and other day rest is best routine recommended by experts all over the world
