Rice in 7-11, if it's a red and black box (it's in the same cabinet as the hot sandwich), it's fresher than the white box in the fridge and the white box is frozen. It has an expiration date of 3-6 months. But the red box is delivered daily and is only expiration in 3-5 days . Black box in 7 days Therefore, freshness is definitely different.😁🙏
The 7/11 cheese and ham toastie is, without doubt, one of the great wonders of the world . For cheap convenience food you can't really knock 7/11. That swimming hole is beyond awesome!😳
I've discovered through travels that 7-11 outside of the USA is far different than the ones in the USA. We get the subpar version. Thailand has awesome 7-11s and Krabi is stunning!
Your language skill is what is really Next Level. You could pass off as an Englishman. Nobody would doubt it ;-) Jokes aside, this video was awesome. Now I desperately want to visit Krabi and swim in sinkholes, laze at viewpoints, and ride those beautiful scenic roads. Thank you for this. The itinerary, the editing, the music... everything was perfect!
It's really hard to explain 7-11 outside the US to my friends. They are so different overseas. My wife is Thai and I really enjoy exploring the aisles of 7-11 when we are there. On the other hand I remember explaining the history of 7-11 to a Patong taxi driver that was taking us to the Phuket airport.
The ham and cheese toasted sandwiches are great. The cheese filled sausages are good too. And if you get in early and get the croissants with that cream custard in them they're the best! The giant cold coffees are great as well.
Another great video I just binge watched 3 in a row trying to catch up. Your videos are better than the travel channel. I like how you mix it up, a couple epic scenic videos followed by a 7-11 video. The first 2 meals at 7-11 looked pretty good but that last one looked horrible but it was the most entertaining. I got a big laugh when you said firm-manity. 🤣
Support the local Businesses and local people Paddy! eat street food, western tourists knows all about 7-11 and Minimart, you dont need to promote them, they already have a monopoly on all local grocery shops in Far East Asia. Thanks for the video, the pool is beautiful.
Pre-pandemic times, we used to drive from KL to Krabi (Ao Nang) & Phuket (Patong) twice a year! Entering Thailand, I always always look forward to going in to 7-11 in Thailand because there are so many choices! (Just different from the 7-11 in MYS). Looking forward to post-pandemic time when we can drive from KL to Thailand again!
I remember a Phuket downpour that was hurting out faces and eyes as we drove motorcycles, even at slow speeds. We had to pull over and the first shelter we found was a 7-11. Soaked to the bone, it was IMPOSSIBLE to go inside because the air conditioning was FRIGID being soaked and out in the tropics. We ended up doing a couple 'soda runs' while waiting to get back on the road, and we would do rock paper scissors, and the loser was the one who had to go inside to brave the cold and get refreshments. That 7-11 you found after the watering hole is EPIC. What a beautiful location! Love those dirt roads for scenic riding... Second favorite option after coastal roads.
Hiya Paddy, always enjoyable content. Showing all these beautiful places. Balls deep. Hahaha. Beautiful drone footage. Thanks for sharing. Always good vibes. Take care.
Hello Paddy, If I am not mistaken the BIGGEST 7-ELEVEN in Thailand is just outside PATTAYA, and I just thought that when you eventually get there, maybe you could check it out :)
What a spot! Seeing how these guys were suited up is really high level. They each were carrying 2 additional super 90 tanks and I think I saw a rebreather on their backs as well. I am a sport diver and that gear is way beyond a sport diver like me. Divers like me stick to under 90 feet typically and keep our dives to 30 - 40 minutes. Cave diving is scary stuff. Not something I have ever tried and way beyond my grade level. I'll stick with you and have a nice paddle around the pond in a beautiful spot. What a tip!
They also have to have a special air mix when diving so deep because regular atmosphere becomes toxic at those depths and pressures. Not to mention you go through much much more air at those depths because your regulator has to release air at a higher pressure to overcome the water pressure. Thus the need for additional tanks.
7-11 is best known for having 20 dogs hanging around them for the odd left over but most importantly the AC on a hot day when the door opens. My local has a VIP dog that lays inside at checkout that EVERYONE has to step around. If 7-11 has a temple close by the dogs will outnumber customers and then you have a dog mafia.
We love your videos. Me and 4 of my friends having a drink watch your channel for the last 4 hours. The skooba diving cave thing is next level for sure.
When your title said you were only eating at 7-ELEVEN for 24 hours I thought this can't be good. My condolences Paddy! Great video and enjoyed the info about the deepest sinkhole in that part of Thailand! Cheers!!
I cannot believe that you live in one the absolute top food countries in the world and you voluntarily eat this crap. And you admit to doing it often! Amazing. Stick to the travelling bits. Cheers!
Great video paddy. I love 7eleven! The way you say Hoegaarden cracks me up. Makes it sounds like a garden full of ladies of the night 😉. The "hoe" part is pronounced more like the English word "who" instead of "ho". Keep it up, seeing the last few videos we can really see your energy is back up! Great to see
I'm not sure why anyone would consider eating at 7-11 when Thailand has endless delicious and cheap options, this video is strictly for entry level tourists.
Or pro level backpackers. I does seem mad, eating and drinking from the 7-11, but if you're on a budget, they are really good. Breakfast, lunch and a sun down beer from the 7-11 frees up the budget for a nice evening meal or a Mai Tai. 7-11s are a traveller's godsend!!
The pool is pretty nice looking. But I have to say when the dude from Bangkok meantioned that it is the deepest sinkhole in south east asia a 1min google search revealed that it is called Sra Keow Cave , so it is not very secret if you know what I mean. Btw happy buyer of your South and North Thailand Guide Combo. Very good information inside. Hopefully I can come back to Thailand, it has been too long... Cheers Alex
7 ELEVEN toasties are the one! I missed them so much that when me and boyfriend went to Myanmar and Bangkok was our stopover the only thing i wanted to eat was 7 eleven toasties 🤣
My wife and myself are loving your videos Paddy 😀. We have had 2 trips to Thailand cancelled so far. we have one booked for October hiring a car and driving from Chiang Mai doing the Mae Hong Son loop then to Chiang Rai then flying down to Hua Hin but not so sure if it will happen. Your videos are the next best thing and we look forward to them all and watching your past ones. Keep up the fantastic work 😀😀😀
In Chiangmai there are a few places where you get fresh (cow) milk, 0.2 Liter for 40Baht. When you live in Thailand, the(pasteurized) "Dutch Milk" is ok. The Snowwy White Weissbier in 0.5l-can is ok. "Farmhouse" wholewheat-toastbread is ok.

The only thing I miss from 7-11 is the chiming when the doors open 😆
Not me!!!
You arenot the only one. I missed it so much got a similar door chime for my house!
10:42
Going to Thailand gives you a whole new respect for 711

The ham and cheese sandwich is always the first thing I eat when arrive and the last before departing. SOOO good!
I miss the ham & cheese toasties from seven at 4am in the morning after getting ont lash
God I miss 7-11 toasties😂
Toasties. One of my favorite foods in Thailand!
Your language skill is what is really Next Level. You could pass off as an Englishman. Nobody would doubt it ;-)

As a young archaeologist working in Thailand.... classic Spy from seven Eleven was my beverage of choice. Ohhhh the memories.
Only young girls can drink alcopops !
@@specialized500 Not true! I'm an old fart and used to drink classic Spy while soaking in the sea with mates. Lovely memories ☺️

Hey Paddy! Your editing skill has gone NEXT LEVEL too!!! I'm enjoying watching your videos even more now.
I like how you're still with the people from the last video! This was probably one of my favorite videos
Thanks 😊
Support the local Businesses and local people Paddy! eat street food, western tourists knows all about 7-11 and Minimart, you dont need to promote them, they already have a monopoly on all local grocery shops in Far East Asia. Thanks for the video, the pool is beautiful.
When I was in Thailand I loved 7 Eleven for coffees and drinks and some simple snacks.
Pre-pandemic times, we used to drive from KL to Krabi (Ao Nang) & Phuket (Patong) twice a year! Those green bottles at 13:46 are Korean soju: ‘the cheapest way to get hammered in Korea’.😅

My favorite pineapple pie. I literally bought them as souvenir to take back to my home country. Hahahaha
7 elevens in Thailand and Japan have outrageously good instant food
Very true, convenient stores in Japan: next level😂👍
@scott no Mark and Spencers in the South. HATYAI used ti have one but onky for clothes and it's a small corner at Central Hatyai Mall
Paddy's laughter...too cute 😄
Yeeeh😄😄😄😄love 7 eleven vlogs. This Will be my number 1 Place when you can visit Thailand without 14 days quarantaine. The water tho.....❤️
The 12 baht tuna mayonnaise sandwich in a little blue wrapper. Lifesaver.
Thanks for sharing Krabi can’t wait until I can travel again!
Such a beautiful place it’s on my bucket list!
Take care Paddy, bring us more!!!
Was just thinking where is Paddy and you popped up LOL love your laugh!
He was in 7 haha

Paddy, How your skin looks flawless even in the sun? How!!??🌈🌈🤣🤣🤣
10:01 BREATHTAKING!!!! Jesus.
12:27 OMG. Is this heaven?
Paddy has no one to blame for his “meal” other than himself, to be honest. 7-Eleven is god sent, but … for lunch?!! or dinner?!! Gimme a break.
I see a new cooking show in the works. Paddy's 7-Eleven cook-off of champions. Too funny bro. Geat episode.
oh how I miss 7-Eleven! Cannot wait to come back.
👍👍
I have no doubt you smashed a meal at the nearest street food vendor as soon as that camera was switched off 😂
"Oh...that's really bad....terrible" 😂
7/11 in Thailand rules! We bought 3 big bags of snacks for $10!!! Plus they have everything and more:)
Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Nescafe ice Latte and M150, perfect Morning 🤣🤣
Love the sticky rice beef/pork burgers and the pandan cakes from 7-11 aroi mak mak🇹🇭
That was the most beautiful backdrop I've ever seen on a 7/11 ! Next Level
We love your videos. Me and 4 of my friends having a drink watch your channel for the last 4 hours. The skooba diving cave thing is next level for sure.
Man, that drone footage between the two mountains, amazing dude!
One of the best coffee's I've ever had was in a 7/11 in Singapore's Arab Street. One if my standards I measure a place is the quality of coffee.
Oh to hear the door sound again, hopefully not too long
The Fruit Wine is Korean soju! That stuff is awesome! I often have a bottle while watching your videos on a Friday evening.
When your title said you were only eating at 7-ELEVEN for 24 hours I thought this can't be good. My condolences Paddy! Great video and enjoyed the info about the deepest sinkhole in that part of Thailand! Cheers!!
I love getting coffee at the 7-Elevens ☕☕☕
Me too 😊
From 7-11 my favorite is Spaghetti Bolognese, Panang Curry Chicken with rice, and the Carbonara Toasties.
I cannot believe that you live in one the absolute top food countries in the world and you voluntarily eat this crap. And you admit to doing it often! Amazing. Stick to the travelling bits. Cheers!
Great video. So many highlights - that scenic 7-11 was typical Thailand - it deserved the wonderful drone footage.
Secret pool is the thing, but can share location where u guys stop to have the lunch? Very very nice view
I miss the cheese toasties they were SOOOOOOOO good cant wait to return
Wonton soup and Thai basil chicken over rice are my most favorite 7-11. My son’s favorite was chocolate ice cream there
You could survive on thailands 711s for years. PS theres nothing wrong with "processed" food.. Once you peel it or cook it, its processed.
08:00 You found A hidden gem!!! So beautiful!
That scenery is unreal!
This video should be sponsored by 7-Eleven! I shared it on my Facebook Group for digital nomads and remote workers. Cheers from Koh Samui!
"Everything about this is so wrong" is my fav quote but a close second "smells like airplane food". Love all the drone shots, keep it up.
I love 711's coffee . . iced mocha, extra shot of espresso . . . YUMMY
It's always such a pleasure watching the way you record the world. I really like it. Thanks so much... : )
The pool is sra keow cave 😂sorry paddy 😂
Yeah, very popular in the diving scene, it's even on google maps :D There is an elephant sanctuary around Sra Keow cave somewhere.
I’m glad that you are enjoyed eating the food in 7-11 in Thailand. 😁
Great video paddy. I love 7eleven!
The way you say Hoegaarden cracks me up. Makes it sounds like a garden full of ladies of the night 😉. The "hoe" part is pronounced more like the English word "who" instead of "ho".

This is absolutely next level. Just an other super vlog
I really Enjoy listening to your voice while I work do you have a Pod Cast?
Very good video. I always found the 711 in Thailand to be very interesting with good food. Much better than in Canada.
Paddy! Legend; glad you're doing your own channel now!
I survived on 7-11 for the first month when I moved to Bangkok, great food!
Oh that Seven Eleven door signal, I could feel the AC blowing on my neck from above...
Wow that waterhole was fabulous, I could do the toastie but definitely not the other food. Thanks Paddy.
7-11 Pad see ew is the best Paddy! My go to dinner.
I am enjoying your videos/ trip. You are doing a great job.
Another great video patty, how about 24 hours of drinking beer only. You know it can be quit nourtrish. Depending on the beer. 5555
Hahaha
My favorite Thailand 7-11 food are the gyozas. 5 gyozas for about $1.
I wouldn't have any problem with eating in 7-11 everyday in Thailand. Their food is awesome
Oh i miss 7-11 ham & cheese toasties and also their bacon 🥓 wrap sausages, yummy 😋
Just love 7-11 😍 how I miss those chimes 😂
I think I'd go hungry. Sweet corn?! Love the videos!
Ham and cheese toastie with green fanta to wash it down with, mmm heaven after a big night on the Leo's
OH no.. i was so looking forward the the chicken breast 🤣
still, 7-11 is one of the best thing when travel in Thailand.
