I think Cinnamoroll is just a name of that cartoon character. Actually Thai people not usually use cinnamon in sweets, mostly they rather use in curry or on dish.

Although I'm Thai but I buy 7/11 food everyday. There are many yummy food, snack bakery and coffee, you must spend more than 1 month for trying all 7/11 food.

I think the cake is Sanrio collaboration , I saw logo on the tape. Cinnamon roll is a Sanrio character, maybe that’s where the name came from.
In my early days in bangkok, I wasn't used to with thai foods back then. So, I used to eat jackfruits in my dinner! :D

Cinnamonroll is the character name on the lid. So I think it is a dessert made from that character's image, that's why it has no cinnamon.
