after 1300 hours someone new coming to this game is mind boggling. it’s not exactly newcomer friendly. i constantly face the same usernames so new ones are always welcome
Little tip for the long run: Do not play to win. Sounds dumb, but in reality you are going to lose A LOT. The secret is to just have fun and when things get tough, accept it and keep it pushing. Also, "I've gotten really into For Honor lately", I'm sorry to hear that
I tend to only say good fight when I lose, or when the fight is really close. I guess its more to congratulate the opponent than pat myself on the back, or a genuine explanation of a solid back and forth round of combat if the fight was close. If I say good fight after a win its usually kind of ironic, like I read someone like a book and won within 15 seconds, "good fight!" But I'll try to say good fight genuinely after winning more, try to pat my opponent on the back.
Played since beta but have dropped off for the last couple years mainly due to time contraints with becoming a dad. Always threw up the good fight no matter what, even if it was a 1v4 gank against a salty team. Sportsmanship is key in FH

There's too much hyper-representation of masculine females in that game. I offloaded it.
