@@bayleymassey When I initially started, I could feel the muscles getting stronger around my hips especially. I also noticed, over time, that I was able to do the exercises correctly without falling to one side or being very fatigued at the end. Overall, the best benefit I have noticed is the lack of injuries that I have or should I say haven't had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who runs.
That last exercise - the leg lifts - was rough! Tells me that I need more of those to get stronger. Thanks for posting this, Vlad. I’m really benefiting from your workouts.
Wow first time doing this one today. I now do 1 bodyweight and 1 band every Monday and Wednesday. Ankle workout Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Core Tuesday Thursday. Love the workouts and the way you suffer through them with us. Going to do some running tests late December and early January.
Hello Vlad, thanks for the great videos. I've been following your workouts for a few weeks. I'm having a little struggle doing the abs exercise in this workout. Not only I can't go the whole way through the exercise, but I really feel a lot of tension on my low back during it. It shouldn't be this way. Any suggestion on what I should do till I get to do this exercise right?

ITB pains and tightness usually comes from tight and weak glutes, make sure you do the mobility and yoga workout plus the glutes workouts and it should get better with time
Great video! Would it be beneficial to do 3 of your 16 minute videos together into one 45 minute workout 2x per week, or would this overwork certain muscles? Thanks
I think you will get more out of short 15min sessions few times a week - this way you dont impact your running form by having heavy legs on your run after the long strength session

sorry about that, TH-cam sets it up on its own but i changed some of the settings so it shouldn’t happen

it will get stronger - just keep doing the strength workouts on consistent basis
