    Here is the link to the mini bands that I personally use with my athletes (shown in this video)

    These mini bands are affordable and great for at home workouts. Developing your glutes, hip flexors and quads are extremely important for all athletes.

    These drills are legit coach! I feel like my hips are not as tight as before. Just gonna ask some question. If I mix these drills into my main workouts in basketball (weight training, cardio and basic plyos) let’s say I do this for like 2x in a week. Can I divide those 6 drills into 3s ? Three drills for first day of the week and last three for the second time? Thanks for the response!

      It’s all about the level of resistance for both youth and adults. Don’t go so high in resistance that you compromise your form. You want good form and speed in your movements

    Hello Coach,
    My son 12, 5’7 155 lbs mens 11.5 sneaker. Would the yellow or green band be best to start. Trying to get him more explosive

    • @DynamicTrainingWithDT
      @DynamicTrainingWithDT  ปีที่แล้ว

      Each exercise is a little different but for the majority of them he will prob use the green band. The single leg knee drives and knee drive holds are really tough so he will definitely want to use the yellow band at first.
      And the first time doing band work is weird so you may just want him to start with yellow the first or second time doing it but then he should be okay to use green! The bands are really tough at first when they are brand new but then they loosen up a little as you break them in!
