    Your videos were recommended by my Pilates instructor who is also a physio. Brilliant for us "elderly" stuck at home. Thank you! I need a good mat though!

      thats really great and exactly why i make these videos, nows definitely time to get a mat! don go cheap, i've got a few rubbish ones when i've tried to go under £10

      caroline good afraid not, I do it all for free so no finding to make dvds etc. Sorry 😐 my internet dodgy too at the moment

    Just did this during Coronavirus lockdown in my living room. I love that it’s so short but works just about every muscle! Hoping to make this part of my daily routine while housebound. Thanks Kim!

    This work out was recommended by my physio to help strengthen my core which is like jelly following problems during the first lockdown, have completed the beginners workouts for the first time, it going to take a while but the reminders during it are fantastic!

    Still missing your in person classes, but trying to get back into regular work outs. Did this with the new circuit training part 1 today, great all over work out! Thank you and looking forward to more new videos in the future!

    Have been missing your classes! Finally got round to trying one of your workouts.. it was great! Fitted in perfectly with the baby's quick morning nap. Was hard, but not so hard I felt like giving up. Will definitely do it, and others again! Thanks Kim! Kirst x

    Kim is such a taskmaster! I love it and can feel muscles working which I didn't even know I had. My posture is better all day long after doing these workouts. Thank you Kim!
