These two top-end German EVs are also closely matched on paper, but how do the hugely powerful electric four-doors compare in the real-world and which one delivers more thrills?

I have the EQE (AMG) and love the ride. It isn't as sporty as my previous E63s, but my wife couldn't stand that car and at least we both enjoy the EQE. Didn't consider the Taycan because I wanted to be different. Don't mind the EQE exterior.
The Taycan does have wireless charging
It has a wireless phone charger in the storage located on the side with a clamp.

My Taycan GTS sport turismo has wireless charging, seat cooling, and rear wheel steering. You got a dud spec tester.

Rear wheel steering is an option on the Porsche. In fact, nearly everything is an optional extra on a Porsche!😂
All Taycan’s have wireless charging - it’s located in the centre console - but my iPhone gets worryingly hot, so I don’t use it. Connecting a cable feels far safer if I need to charge my phone during a journey.
Taycan light years ahead for performance - the range is its weakness and I only get 330kms per a charge.
Thankfully watching the video isn't a option.
The Taycan GTS has the better exterior. The Mercedes EQE AMG has the better interior. The Taycan is more sporty and the Mercedes is more luxurious. Give me the exterior of the Porsche GTS and the interior of the Mercedes EQE AMG and you will have the perfect car.
You would need to get a Bugatti or Pagani.
Taycan is more of a 4 door sports car. The EQE is more of a sporty sedan more in line with the Panamera which will be electrified in the future.

On along trip any ' ice ' car would beat these 2 .

Really want to ride a high-powered electric limousines so bad? Then highly recommend to get on the bus or an electric train🚋 the so-called zero emission public transport cheap and safe.
The Mercedes is so so ugly! Looks like a 2010 to 2015 honda civic 🤮 I expected more from Mercedes
