Bean Curd Roll
Ingredients:
1 packet (8oz)...........Spring roll soy bean skin/bean curd skin (frozen)
Fillings:
1 lb ..................ground pork
1/2 lb...............shrimp
8-10 pc.............dried shiitake mushroom
1/4 cup.............dried wood ear
1/4 cup.............bamboo shoot
2 pc...................green onion
1/2 tsp..............salt
1/4 tsp..............sugar
1/4 tsp..............chicken powder
1/2 tbsp...........oyster sauce
1 tsp.................sesame oil
1 tsp.................cornstarch
Cornstarch glue:
Cornstarch & water (1:1 ratio)
Sauce:
1 pc...................green onion
1 tbsp...............oyster sauce
1/4 tsp..............salt
1 tsp..................sesame oil
1 tsp.................cornstarch
1/3 cup.............water (adjust thickness accordingly)

1/2 磅..............蝦
6-8朵................冬菇
1/4 杯..............乾木耳
1/4 杯..............竹筍
2 棵..................蔥
1/2 茶匙...........鹽
1/4 茶匙............糖
1/4 茶匙............雞粉
1/2 湯匙...........蠔油
1 茶匙................麻油
1 茶匙................粟粉
粟粉漿糊:
粟粉+水 (1:1 比例)
醬汁:
1 棵...................蔥
1 湯匙...............蠔油
1/4 茶匙...........鹽
1 茶匙...............麻油
1 茶匙...............粟粉
1/3 杯................清水 (濃度自己調較)

I didn't know they sell the skin in the freezer section. I've only seen the dried ones and I don't enjoy working with those 🤣. This looks absolutely delicious. I had no idea that you fried them before steaming it. I probably would've just eaten it after it was fried and none left for steaming. The filling looks so yummy. Love the combination of shrimp and pork. The bamboo and wood ears give a nice texture. Love this savory and full of umami bean curd roll. You are the dim sum queen. Besides learning how to make Dim Sum, I'm learning some Cantonese from you too. By end of the year, I will be able to communicate with @py's kitchen 's dad 🤣🤣😜👍
Yes, they sell the skin in the freezer section😃 very convenient 😄😄 we always bought a couple whenever we go to Asian markets😋Fry them first will prevent the skin from breaking😉. Thank you for your support always!
