      its common. i need oxygen after 1 min even when breathing too, its common for people not to breathe when jumping.that just means that we are not fit.

      It’s also impact exercise.
      That is hard on joints.
      So don’t make it (or jogging) your only exercise.
      The best thing you can do is rowing machine workouts, and elliptical workouts because it is low impact workouts.

    I find where you just swing the rope from side to side (with both hands) difficult. Maybe it's just my rope or I'm doing something wrong because when I bring it back to jump through it gets tangled up.

    • @yungthug2403
      @yungthug2403 8 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Don't hold the handles together when doing it maybe about 6-8 inches apart practice by doing 1 side then jump before both then jump just practice each side till you feel comfortable then do both

      I think the jump rope he is using is likely weighted so you can do double unders and the side to side. Regular jump rope isn’t heavy enough so it’ll go all over the place.

    jumping jacks is hard for me but I can do everything else, I managed to do it though but not for long. are you meant to put your arm out wide for the jump and then put it back in for when the legs are together, because if I just keep my arms out wide the rope hits me. does this mean my rope is too small or is it ok?

    Cool video dude, useful info. I'm fairly advanced at jump rope, but I definitely need to get a "Cross Fit" style rope as I double unders seem very difficult with my rope. Going to try your Squat s technique (Number 12) this morning. I have a Trick for you...i think i saw floyd mayweather do it...you basically do a "side to side" then completely do a 180 turn while keeping the rope going but now you will be skipping backwards! HARD!

  • @SteveGarza

    I have a question. I don’t know if you are answering or not or maybe someone can. On the 14th move, where you hand over the handle to the other hand; i can hand it off but my rope gets tangled up that I cannot jump back into it. Do I need the jump rope you showed in the beginning. I wish you showed how you jumped back into it.
